I paid R685 on the 10th Feb, and been debited from my bank account. However when I log in I’m still asked for payment. When I go to your help centre I’m Asked for payment again. I need assistance ASAP!
I phoned in to check if my tracking unit is working. I spoke to Pricilla Lefete who was friendly and efficient. She gave me the exact address where my car was parked currently. Happy with the service.
I had a flat car battery - phoned Miway emergency services and within 1/2 hour of making the call my car was jump started and I was on my way.
I needed a rejection claim letter and Mokgadi Mashikinya dealt with me in a professional and helpful manner. Phoned me back when she said she would to get the information she needed. Received the letter shortly after our conversation. Thanks !

The amount of R599 was debited from my account and I have no idea why!!! The only help from your whatsapp bot is statements sent to me, which only shows the R599 added to my account in August 2022. No human help to give any explanation at all. This is not the first time I've been frustrated with customer support - I'm cancelling with Web Africa.
I am beyond frustrated with Web Africa! Your Willlie the Bot does not have all the answers - especially regarding accounts issues!. And it appears there is no option to speak to a real live person. I was debited an amount of R599 (which apparently is outstanding) which bounced as its a company I'm winding down and there wasn't enough funds for unexpected debits - so I'm now charged R120 by the bank. 1) I've downloaded the statements and it seems since Aug 22 I'm suddenly charged this amount of R599 even though I have regularly kept up the monthly payments of R399. 2) the statements don't itemize what the amount is for. 3) the R599 doesn't correlate to the amount owed stated on my Client Zone and as a result I receive an email this morning to say I've been deactivated. Needless to say I have paid up another amount stated on my Client Zone. (which still doesn't tie up with the R599.) I'M SURE A SIMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE CLEARED THIS UP IN MINUTES.
<p>Ryan Chatten of Lime Litz Properties (company possibly now deregistered), has not paid my tenant back her depsoit of R13,500 when her lease expired end July 2016. After many attempts of trying to communicate with him, myself and tenant were able to give him 2 months notice. My tenant eventually had to phone him from her office line and spoke to him. He requested her bank details which were sent but no deposit paid. </p> <p>Ryan still owes me rent for Aug 2015 of R10,600 and now my tenant's deposit of R13,500 = R24,000</p> <p> </p>
I engaged Ryan Chatten as my managing rental agent. My tenants lease started on 1st August. Never received August rental from my tenant due to Ryan being in hospital the whole month?? September received invoice for commission due which he subtracted from my August rent, however there is a difference of R1612.00 which he never paid. He then paid for September rent. Since then, he has not paid me my October rent. Sent him numerous emails and sms's. He replied to one email and a few of the sms - always stating that I have been paid and he has sent me proof of payment - which I never received. The one time I did get hold of him on the phone he promised to send it to another email address and go to the bank to find out why I have not received my money. Since then, no more communication from Ryan. <br> I contacted my tenant and she is now paying me directly. Ryan Chatten owes me R10,612
