Taking days with deliveries and pickups
I frequently make use of different courier companies, I booked a package with ram on Tuesday it is Monday now 6 days later and the package is still in transit, When i book packages with other courier companies it is usually delivered the next day and often it takes 2 work days, Why is ram taking this long with their delivery and pickups

Bad service
Very bad service. False advertising. Advertising 100m roll of cable and after payment made for 5 x 100m rolls they say the order is only for 2.5m. After i made the purchase online, almost a week later they contacted to say they are unable to supply the product and have to refund due to fine script on the website hidden under a drop down menu that requires a minimum order qty.

Motus Select Rustenburg
I bought a vehicle from Motus Select Rustenburg and was told that it still had some work to be done and should be ready in 2 weeks, after the 2 weeks have passed the date was extended three more times until after 4 weeks i got the vehicle only for it to have to go back for panelbeating and also have problems that was not sorted out by their workshop after it had been in the workshop 2 times during this 4 week period. I had the car for a week and had to hand it back since it has problems that causes it to be completely unreliable. It has been 6 almost 7 weeks and still don't have the car i purchased. I am barely getting any communication from the dealer and the manager is aware of the problem. After putting in a complaint on the motus select website i recieved no response, i only started recieving Adverti*****ts sent to my email address.
