I booked my kids from JHB OR tambo to Middelburg, I had nothing to do with their flight from Kby to OR tambo, when their flight got delayed I phoned Lime time and informed them, Which they said the bus will wait a bit, they did not wait after I called, the had to book a new bus at City bug to get to Middelburg, The monday I spoked to a lady which said she will phone me back just now, a week later no phone call, on the call she did confirm that the bus left 15;15 and did not wait 5 minutes, and why did they not move them to the next bus since I have called to inform Lime time so now lost R1068 for no service from Lime time since they dont do the refunds, So people be very careful of limetime

Worst company ever my wife was booked on a bus from Middelburg to Rustenburg on the 29 th of November 2025,she arrived at the pick up point at 11 o'clock, pick up time was 12 40 . Will waiting the bus sped pass her at 12 38 leaving the pick up early,she tried flaging it down and nearly paid dearly .After paying for a taxi from Middelburg to Pretoria, Pretoria to Rustenburg on her own expence,we contacted them on the 2 ND of December the weren't answering their phones all though they advertise that they do.After a lot of excuses and stories they committed to reimburse my wife the R 590 in the week of 8 to 12 December 2025.,seeing that the employee making payments were on leave. When we phoned today 9 December 2025 ,now we're being told refunds take 2 weeks,but on the 2nd the send us a email asking us for banking details??, We paid them on booking,we paid extra for 2 Taxi's for the service they were sepouse to deliver and after telling us the payment will be made this week after we removed our previous bad review,it was on 2 December 2025. After waiting another week from 9 December to 17th of December still no payment,my wife phoned them again,first person just ended the call,so my wife phoned again. Once again they have excuses, since 29 November we have been trying to get a R 560 refund for a service not received the only response we receive is when we posted a review on 2nd and 9th of December, asking us to remove the bad reviews payment will be made. Is this the time of company you want to use, *****ing a customer's money and just making false promises

I've chosen to travel with Limetime shuttle service. My trip to Johannesburg was hosted by a rather unfriendly driver making me think it's a norm with shuttle services after a similar experience with another service...but my opinion was pleasantly changed on my trip back to Nelspruit 18/06/25 @ 15h00 when we were warmly welcomed, respectfully communicated to, and leniently addressed (those who were slightly late) by the driver. Well done Limetime for changing the narrative.

I've chosen to travel with Limetime shuttle service. Dear Limetime Shuttle Team, I am writing to formally request a refund for the additional payment I was forced to make for my trip from Centurion to Nelspruit. I initially booked the shuttle for March 28th, 11:40 AM (arrival at 16:20) and, due to unavoidable circumstances, I was unable to make the trip at that time. I immediately contacted your team via email and phone, following your stated policy for rescheduling. As per your terms and conditions, a date change more than 24 hours before departure requires only a R50 fee. I followed the correct process, yet when I arrived at the pickup station, I was told I had to pay again. This is completely unacceptable, especially given my multiple attempts to confirm my rescheduled trip. I initially paid R494.70 for the trip, and today I was told I need to pay R510 again just to travel. This means I have paid R989 for a single trip that should have cost only R494.70 + R50 rescheduling fee at most. I request an immediate refund of R497.70, as I have already paid more than necessary according to your policy. I have attached proof of my payments and all communication regarding the rescheduling. I expect a response and resolution within 7 days before escalating this matter further. Looking forward to your prompt assistance. Best regards, Joy Ngoma

Where do I begin... with the rude, unhelpful and entitled staff or with the disgraceful service delivery? Today I got called 6 times to come to my stop early because the bus is ahead of schedule. Got left at my stop before by a driver that drove off early and was refused a refund and was stranded. So I dropped everything and I rushed to my stop today to avoid being left stranded again. They are careless about their customers and only care about money. Do not handle claims or queries with respect. I could go on but it'll fall on deaf ears. This is just a warning to fellow travellers. I'd recommend that anyone use any other transportation. At least you'll get semi decent customer service elsewhere... here it's a joke.

She drives often with Lime Time. She has a Student discount which really helps with finances. We had an incident on 11 Jan 2025 where her luggage went missing. Within an hour Lime Time found her luggage bag. Thank you Lime Time Shuttle Service for such excellent service.
