If you want to be treated decent and with respect when you have cancer PLEASE STAY AWAY from DISCOVERY, it now a 8 months fight. He passed away and still discovery is messing around, he had cancer and sepsis, but i have my car back window sticker made, if this is declined again I am putting it on, will make sure everyone knows how low cancer patients are seen at Discovery Health
I booked my kids from JHB OR tambo to Middelburg, I had nothing to do with their flight from Kby to OR tambo, when their flight got delayed I phoned Lime time and informed them, Which they said the bus will wait a bit, they did not wait after I called, the had to book a new bus at City bug to get to Middelburg, The monday I spoked to a lady which said she will phone me back just now, a week later no phone call, on the call she did confirm that the bus left 15;15 and did not wait 5 minutes, and why did they not move them to the next bus since I have called to inform Lime time so now lost R1068 for no service from Lime time since they dont do the refunds, So people be very careful of limetime
I am beyond gatvol of Discovery, my husband was in and out of hospital this year, so it was fight on fight on fight with Discovery, you have a good guy from discovery on your side then things run smooth but for the rest, there was a hospital bill from July which i was fighting about, he had cancer, then 2 months ago the asked me to ask the hospital to change the codes for them to pay the bill, i got handed over for that account and after discover told me it was paid and i asked them to sort it out with the hospital i am still handed over AS THEY ARE STILL NOT PAID or SORTED out, discover you are pathetic and now no answer at all about this, there was even an lady that said she is sorting everything out, you once were trustworthy now you are not
And here we go again, my husband, cancer patient and registered with discovery as a oncology patient, got submitted to hospital by the oncologist, with bad infections, first a declined status then approved, then hospital phones discovery dint want to pay because if him being on a waiting list for diabetics, this just cant get sorted out, my name being in the bad because if discoveries incompetence in treating a cancer patient like this, getting tired of fighting with them, have enough worries about a sick husband and then the medical aid try every trick in the book to make it more difficult
Wont buy again from Temu is Slow “fast” way is delivering, their driver dont call and then reports he could not deliver and you have to wait till they can find first gear to get in movement to work, whatsap is useless they also closes the chats when an agent joins, and the best of all is how proud they are of not giving a service
Discovery is getting more and more a disappointment, my husband has cancer and is listed as an oncology patient, and needed an operation, two of the previous claims from the dr is still not sorted and discovery just says its not a pmb, now when i opened my discovery got the shock of my life, the hospital is paid yes, the dr only half of his account, the anesthetist, only half of his account is going to be paid, the dr we visit for his swollen legs, is not paid, when i asked in the beginning, is oncology covering for this, the answer was yes, the scans is not paid, the mr is not paid, all part of the cancer journey, why do you have medical if they always have excuses not to pay.???????? In a few months he needs to get an operation to remove the cancer. How if discovery keeps giving excuses not to pay?????
Vodacom keeps phoning us over a person who passed away in 2022, we complained a few months ago and vodacom phoned me and said they gonna stop the account, the person they call are not even family of us, and today Vodacom sent a sms that says the dead person must phone them to avoid further escalations, the guy is dead, must he arrange payment from the grave?
again, I am disappointed in Discovery, after a lot of fighting with them, I put them on Hello Peter, got a call and they said all is sorted out, just to find out it is not sorted out and now have bills to pay that you thought was sorted out. Auth was just for hospital after we waited more than two weeks for auth for the specialist, mail was sent for auth, can't find the ref no, but the auth was never done, i am just tired of strugling.
I am so tired of struggling with discovery keycare plus, after fighting to get the specialist auth, i took my sick husband to the emergency room, as stated it must be done, where he was then admitted, 2 weeks later we got the specialist auth and hosp auth, where now i get hosp bills and partial bills to pay, which is not how it works, the specialist that needs to do a procesure tomorrow needs the new auth which we still dont have after a week if sending the paperwork in, now i am stuck with this medical aid which cant even treat a cancer patient decent, which he is still not loaded on oncology more than a week later, this is pathetic
Vodacom your MBD us irritating and annoying, you keep calling asking to talk to Anthony, when I asked you to remove the nr, now you call the work nr and keep calling asking for Anthony, it is not Anothony's nr or account nor are we family of Anthony, when we call mbd they just drops the call, Cant believe a company is so stuped to call 2 times a day asking for Anthony, its not gonna change to him suddenly be here, get a hold of your company and sort the nonsense out
