Worst company ever my wife was booked on a bus from Middelburg to Rustenburg on the 29 th of November 2025,she arrived at the pick up point at 11 o'clock, pick up time was 12 40 . Will waiting the bus sped pass her at 12 38 leaving the pick up early,she tried flaging it down and nearly paid dearly .After paying for a taxi from Middelburg to Pretoria, Pretoria to Rustenburg on her own expence,we contacted them on the 2 ND of December the weren't answering their phones all though they advertise that they do.After a lot of excuses and stories they committed to reimburse my wife the R 590 in the week of 8 to 12 December 2025.,seeing that the employee making payments were on leave. When we phoned today 9 December 2025 ,now we're being told refunds take 2 weeks,but on the 2nd the send us a email asking us for banking details??, We paid them on booking,we paid extra for 2 Taxi's for the service they were sepouse to deliver and after telling us the payment will be made this week after we removed our previous bad review,it was on 2 December 2025. After waiting another week from 9 December to 17th of December still no payment,my wife phoned them again,first person just ended the call,so my wife phoned again. Once again they have excuses, since 29 November we have been trying to get a R 560 refund for a service not received the only response we receive is when we posted a review on 2nd and 9th of December, asking us to remove the bad reviews payment will be made. Is this the time of company you want to use, *****ing a customer's money and just making false promises

I dont know what the use is of Facebook I have been trying to contact/report a problem for weeks,they dont answer any emails,have no support and just impossible ti contact them. Giving a service that dont exist
My daughter Clodette Erasmus was working for them for 12 months she was doing fine although she was verbally and mentally abused by Lizelle her manager,being told that she is full of drugs because of her religion, that she is crazy because of her strong religious beliefs. Complaining doesn't help trying to get in touch with their head office is empossible. My daughter landed up in a mental hospital after being forced to resign by the same manager. She wrote a letter shuffing it into my daughter's face and saying sign,we daughter had a severe mental breakdown because of the toxic environment she worked in for more than a year makking up to R 5000 sales at a time for Nova life and still she got bul**** and no one cares . Try contacting them is impossible they just care about their employees makking sales, having managers abussing people woman not important to them
In 2019 I had a prepaid account/contract with MTN for R 364 a month, then came lockdown and we lost our work and income. I contacted MTN by phone and email and informed them that I went be upgrading and cancelled my contract in 2022 I moved from the Eastern Cape to a farm in North West were MTN HAVE no coverage, I haven't heard from MTN since I informed them about my cancellation in 2020. Then in 2024 MTN started to try to do deductions on my bank account if you remember my contract was R 364,one month they tried to deduct R364 then they went crazy,R 700, R 1300, R 2200, R 900. I contacted Standard Bank seeing that My husband and I only recieve SRD of R 370 each so everytime MTN try to deduct money there's a non payment costing me R 40 to R 60 bank fees, take into consideration that my bank have no ,debit order or mandate on my account for MTN. My bank charged me a fee to block MTNs attempts,. This morning MTN tried again to deduct R 912,I phoned my bank and logged a complaint again,I don't have a income and once again my bank account is minus R 54.80 thanks to MTN. My bank informed me its ***** and that as long as MTN IS CHANGING THE AMOUNTS they can't block MTN, I was told to phone MTN on 083135 which I did after I phoned and explaining to a consultant, I was told to hold the line,after 40 minutes of holding the line they just cut the line. Its 2025 no contract,no debit order nothing ,it seems like MTN SOUTH AFRICA is desperate for money lossing customers to VODACOM everyday, so please people don't even think about joining MTN or you will have hello for years to come. When you see a advert to watch tik tok videos and make money trading through BTC please people run and save youre money. The promise you everything investing R 300 as a newbie you will get youre money . The second investment will be R 800 and youre profit R 180 that youle also get. Then they start nagging you invest R1500 you will get R 1950 and when they have youre money the tell you there's a second order and you need to deposit R 7500 and then only can you get youre R 1500 back?? During Desember 2019 I wrote a review regarding Vodacom that blacklisted me in 2003. In my review I stated that I would post my email regarding this on facebook and every available social network. Their team were very quick to respond here on my review making promises that they would contact me soon, like always nothing came from it. I kept on emailing vodacom and was send 4 emergency email adresses I had to email, wich I did,but I got a automated response two of their employees stated they were on leave one till 4 January 2020 and the other tke 14 th January 2020 and I was told to email 082133@vodacom.co.za by a Vinnie Santu whom I was sepouse to email at one of there emergency emails but she was on leave. On the 8 th of January 2020 I recieved a email from vodacom saying that the acount I was blacklisted for has been closed seeing that the retention period has lapsed and that the relevant bureau's has been advised to remove it from my name. The law says 1 2 and the longest I could find 7 years is the period something can stay on you credit rating . 17 going 18 years is Vodacom above the law? Or do they just dont care about their customers? After my post on fb I was shocked to the amount of complaints of customers were money still gets taken out of their account even after their contracts has expired and they told vodacom they dont want a new contractI have about 60 people on facebook and the complaints just keeps on getting posted. We'll I have been informed that after vodacom email promising that they will remove me from the blacklist Im still there so ones again is Vodacom above the law?

You leave me no choice but to go to the media and social media with my experience with vodacom. 1. When I were 26 I started using my cellphone and joint vodacom as a prepaid customer. 2. When I turned 32 I have had a BUSSINES for about 7 years and vodacom offered me a contract which I exepted but in 2003 my bussines went through a hard time and I could not afford my contract anymore. So I cancelled my contract and did not complete the two year contract. 3. I got a new sim for vodacom prepaid and have been using vodacom for the last 18 years spending about 100 000 on prepaid recharge. 4. Im 51 years old today and to my avail I had to find out that Vodacom blacklisted me in 2003 for R 16650 for not completing my contract although I didn't owe them any money. 5. I have a credit ratting of 767 which is exelent and although I never had any other depth because Vodacom blacklisted me I get declined on medical or any service I apply for. 6. I am 51 and my teeth had decayed so much as to me having a medical condition and I need to be admitted to hospital to have them removed. No one wants to give me medical cover because Vodacom blacklisted me and it makes affordability impossible. I'm living from bread and soup because I cant eat. 7. Its been 17 years and vodacom is still making money from me how long do they still want to make me suffer for money I dont owe them. Everytime I email you they respond that they will get back to me.
