Lower our electricity, rent and food cost. We can't survive anymore. Rather increase it every 5years than every few months or year. People loose their jobs daily, living in poverty and salaries stays the same with no increase due to the economy rises. People in the high sector jobs don't feel the suffering as that their salaries are much higher. People are dying daily from hunger, commiting suicide, ******ing others due to struggling. Please MR PRESIDENT, MAKE A URGENT CHANGE DUE TO HIGH RENT, ELECTRICITY AND FOOD COSTS? If there is Not going to come a change soon, more and more people is going to die under this heavy circumstances.

Dear Minister Barbara Creecy The roads in Gauteng and Mpumapanga are in a state of signicant disrepair. In Springs, we have large potholes which are simply not being fixed. Further the road markings have long faded and there are no markings to guide motorists. This poses a significant danger to roadusers especially in the frequent rains that we are experiencing. We also notice that the road from Persida to Sundra on the R555 is fixed on the Mpumalanga side. As soon as you enter Persida, you see large potholes. the poor state of the roads contribute to the high accident rate in the area. Even emergency personnel complain that the roads are especially dangerous for them as they have to veer through potholes and unlarked roads to get to people in distress. Dear Minister - please fix these roads and prevent innocent lives lost.

My nephew is 6 years old, and he tells me, “Uncle, Aunty Barbara is on TV. She claims to want to protect the lives of people. He asks, does Auntie Barbara Creecy genuinely want to protect the lives of all people or only whites. I ask why he says this. He tells me there are no road surface markings anywhere in Springs in fact when you travel from Delmas to Springs on the back road - R555 you notice road markings all the way through Mpumalanga. As soon as you enter into Persida the road surface markings stop. So, it appears there is conflict between Gauteng and Mpumalanga. But Aunty Barabra Creecy if she is genuinely about saving the lives of motorists - especially now in the festive period must please take steps to ensure that there are road surface markings in the whole of Springs and especially between Persida and Springs on the R555.

I am raising a serious concern regarding the conduct of the CCMA Cape Town office and Commissioner Joshua August. During my case (WECT4081-25), Commissioner August pressured me to withdraw my matter and warned that pursuing it could harm my future employment prospects. I found this highly inappropriate and intimidating, especially as it came from someone expected to act impartially. He also made several misrepresentations in his ruling — including stating that I was not copied on management correspondence, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Furthermore, he disregarded the legal principle of vicarious liability, effectively absolving the employer of accountability for the actions of its managers. The commissioner’s reasoning reflected bias and a disregard for key facts presented under oath. I believe this constitutes a reviewable irregularity. While awaiting the outcome of the ongoing investigation, I have recently learned with great shock that my case of unfair labour practice was closed by the Cape Town CCMA, citing it as being outside their jurisdiction. This development feels like a continuation of the abuse I have been subjected to while remaining silent. I was informed of this closure by Aziza Taliep, CTN – Convening Senior Commissioner Assistant (Telephone: +***9). I am assuming that due diligence was exercised before this communication was sent to me. If this matter requires the involvement of political bodies, the Public Protector, or civil society organisations, I am prepared to take it to that extent. The credibility of this institution is being undermined by individuals who take the livelihoods of marginalised people for granted, and this cannot go unaddressed. My experience has left me deeply disappointed in the CCMA’s handling of the matter. As an ordinary employee seeking fairness, I expected protection — not further ************ or procedural unfairness. I am therefore requesting a formal review of Commissioner August’s conduct and a transparent investigation into how such conflicts of interest are managed within the CCMA.
