I've been trying to have my 3rd payment due to me since December 2023. The UIF now finally found out the the USSD system and/Ufilling is a MESS. Today 8 DAYS LATER AND 6 WORKING DAYS done the line since the UIF logged a call with IT SUPPORT on the 16/1/2024, NOTHING HAS HAPPEN TO SORT OUT A SIMPLE PROBLEM. You continously get EXCUSES, AFTER EXCUSES, and problem never sorted out. A COB request was done bia USSD system with the help of UIF DELMAS, MPUMALANGA. Now the try and blame ME for the FAULT??? All four officials mentioned in the e-mail below has specifically explained to yourself that the call logging process takes long not 1 day and definitely not 3 days as it depends on the complexity of the case/error. The fault was a result of you submitting 4 COB’s in one month December(1, 4, 6 & 20/12/2023) which caused a serious discrepancy on the Virtual Office System as they were allocated one case number as you stated above and in some instances dates were overlapping with ones already paid e.g. 1-4/12/2023. Our system portals and Standard Operating procedures do not cater for manual payments from 01 July 2023 therefore a manual COB cannot be accepted and processed. I can confirm that I have been constantly responding and updating yourself via e-mails and telephone. You have already copied the office of the presidency on this matter and your notification of forwarding the issue to Helo Peter is noted and we shall await correspondence from all the structures we will respond accordingly. P/S: We will still update you as soon as the case logged has been finalised and responded to. This office will make follow ups with ICT within 5 working days until the call is resolved. NO SERVICE from Complaints Department headed up by Mr Sibongile Gambu, NO SERVICE from Mr Fati Manamela (Senior Executive) and NO SERVICE from Raymond Martin (CEO) when you try contacting or phoning them. Never answer emails or take calls. No wonder all employees love working there per comments on the WORK REVIEW COMPANY WEBSITE that it's a great place to work and very RELAXED ENVIRONMENT - simply because no one does any work or prepared to help you, THATS WHY IT'S relaxed environment.
I've used a external consultant from Vereeniging to obtain my liquor license and my submission was done on the 7/7/2023. It's now 7 months later and NO SERVICE. No one Helps you. I've sent emails and registered my complaint on the Complaint Line, Mr Sibongile Gambu (never replies) copy Mr Fati

Excellent Service so far - R100,000 loan approved over 60 months. Loan not taken yet as required to pay R9870 upfront cost for Credit Life Insurance before loan is paid out??? Not sure if this is safe or a S.... Reviews state this is a legit company - any one with similar dealings/experience.
BAD SERVICE - have been waiting for a Merchant Card Machine to be delivered to my Restaurant since application 16/2/2018. Every excuse in the book is given from wrong address as per Google, to wrong name on invoice to unaccepted address on Electricity Account. Sales REP never returns follow up if done or when is card machine to be delivered.
What experience - posted on Hello Peter this morning, sent email request to respond, no response to my and Hello Peter posts. Received email from Hello Peter from client that I'll be contacted - 8 hrs later NOTHING.
On the 9/8/2017 I queried my Cash Back Bonus which was due on about the 10/10/2017. On the 29/9/2017 I confirmed my Cash Back Bonus and informed via email the amount and payback date. I also contacted the Call Centre regarding this amount and payout date and the above was confirmed. The 10th October came - NO PAYMENT TO MY ACCOUNT, the same 11th,12th and 13th October 2017. I have requested via the Contact Center (email) and Call Center and no one gets back to you - not the consultants via phone to advised you what is happening nor via email why the late payment. I have stated via telephone calls and emails that the service is unacceptable and still not happens - they easy to take your money but like many insurers are hard to live up to the CODE they live by.
In March 2017 delivered a electrical pump motor to service centre and repairs. Cost to repair was eventually confirmed. Followed up after months to collect to be advised that pump was not with them. Provided copy of repair slip via email to confirm and collect. Was advised they cannot find it and was / could have been sold for s****! Requested now for 2 weeks as they said they will try and find it? No reply and requested replacement pump or new pump if they cannot provide motor back. Repair slip shows / states nothing that if not collected or collection period (maximum of 2,3 or 6 months) or even at repair center that this is part of T&C, that pump can be sold as s****. Please, I require your assistance to get motor back.
