I bought a bed in April 2025 . Within 6 months of purchase the bed start sagging. O let the store know about the issue they requested pictures and videos so that they can communicate with their supplier, in order for them to attend my case i have to call do follow-up or visit the store . The store manager told me that I will never get refund I have to take a bed of equivalent amount not less . If I take the bed that cost less I will forfeit the balance. We agreed that I will take another bed of equivalent amount and they say they will call me for feedback and they ensure that the bed will be delivered by Saturday. 5 days later not getting any communicate from them I decided to call them they say they never told me about Saturday delivery. Im sleeping on a defected bed every day while they seem not taking my complaint seriously. Now I nolonger want they exchange i want refund I can't put myself in a position of bad service, bad treatment and poor customer service

Why does there always have to be that 1 person that treats one like they don't exist? 😢 We also matter!!! After not visiting Carnival City for a very long time, we took our employees there for a year end fun and lunch... We decided to treat them each to a gamble at the casino, cause some of them has never seen the inside of a casino... Because I haven't been there for a long long time, my card has expired and had to get a new card... After being directed to the MVG reception, I had to get a nr and wait, which was not a problem... The one client left the counter (at the far right) and I thought I would be next, but alas... The attendant only peep over in my direction and left me there to sit and wait and every now and then she would peep in my direction again, not helping me!!! When another client left (on the far left) I was called... I was helped with professional and friendly service by the beautiful attendant... Didn't see her name cause her name was covered by her clothing... When another client entered, he was called immediately by the attendant on the far right... I asked the attendant why the other attendant didn't help me but she didn't know... The name of the attendant on the far right is Mbali... Now this is what boggles my mind!!! Why didn't Mbali helped me when it was my turn??? Was it the way I dressed, or the employee I had with me, the color of my skin, the way I styled my hair, the length of my skirt or maybe I wasn't tall or short enough... All I know is that I felt that she didn't wanted to help me, can't think why though... ALL clients should be handled EQUALLY, irrespective... If the attendant have preferences, she should have a sign at her table stating that... I honestly felt humiliated and if ever I have to go into the MVG reception again, I DO NOT want to be served by her because in my opinion, she was NOT professional at all... In my opinion, she needs more training on how to be professional... Even if she has personal problems (like all of us have) that should be left aside when she deals with the public...

I have cancel my contract to due poor connectivity, I have handed in my day to day rooter in May 2025 at Carnival City, the guy said he has cancel the contract and he will do rest of the cancellation It is now December and it is still not cancelled or the rooter was not send to the department where they will check the rooter and then only it will be done about 6 weeks, and still I am getting billed for the rooter which I dont have and I have been to the store 5 times and still it is not fix, I called MTN head office and they said they cant do anyting as it was not returned by the store.

Went to casino, got a day card. Deposited R1000 on the card. When I got to my machine, found cashier had only deposited R100!! The cashier's have counting machines etc. My advice check your slips carefully. We have *******ion on all levels in SA

The machine payouts at carnival city is disgusting played R5000 on 5c machine got feature once bet was R22 it paid back R12 and it's a continuous thing at Carnival city speaking with management is like talking to dead cat

Went to Panatottis at Carnival City with my family and we had a great time, the Pizza's were out of this world, mouth watering I must add. Had a great experience... our waiter was on point too. I would definitely go back!!
