DONT VISIT CARNIVAL CASINO

Terrible experience after terrible experience. R10K @R50 a spin and not a single free spin. I will NEVER bring my money here again. Its not even about losing, its more that I didn't even enjoy myself.

ATROCIOUS CONNECTIVITY

There needs to be a negative star for how I feel about you guys. Nothing changes. Month end there's issues. Then there's claims of batteries being changed when there is no load shedding. NOW!!! EVERY night after 8 it's beyond terrible. Gets to the point where it can't stream. Yet miraculously you guys get paid each and every month. Where (D) have (S) i (T) seen (V) this kind of customer treatment before. This is unacceptable it really is.

Pragmatic play *******

This platform needs to get rid of Pragmaticplay games. If ever there was a blood sucking providers it's, Pragmatic Play. While the games are more relatable to actual casino games, they no longer provide any entertainment, as soon as I go to game made by Pragmatic I lose my money, the games don't give features or anything and worst they don't pay within the feature when eventually does come. So sick of them on all platforms they perform the same with only a glimmer of hope that a feature will pop up. Literally went from R500 to R4500 playing other games, as soon as I switched to what used to be my favorite game everything just disappeared without so much as a free spin. Especially on Hollywoodbets I have come to learn that most games are less reliable on this platform.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Like the other lady Rabia. I also canceled my month to month account in 2022 and I got emails about it. Emails about the collection of routers because they very uptight about that *******. Now I receive an email about final demands, when I haven't even received so much as a call from them let alone any demands.

While I have no issue with losing while gambling. Spina zonke and especially pragmatic games and 5 lions. This game no longer gives free spins. Even if I lose in the free spins I don't care but it doesn't give. It will lead you to belive they just around the corner but nothing.
