Warning: Avoid Goldrush Sandridge at all costs! They're manipulating machines, deducting money unfairly, and putting customers at risk by not protecting their info. The manager's behavior is appalling - calling clients for dates, (i told him im going to report him) Disgusted with the lack of discipline and oversight, came to work drunk!. I know the risks of gambling. It's not always sunshine and colourful rainbows.. I know this most definitely but to always deposit funds and not win properly, like are some of our accounts flagged as such because this is really terrible. Am I being loyal for nonsense. I am gonna go very far to expose this nuisance. Rather block from using rather than *****ing from those whom yourll see is just an average customer. Customers depositing more than 1000s a day are being taken seriously only.

I am writing to formally request urgent assistance regarding a withdrawal of my sons winnings from his Goldrush account. Despite the e-wallet showing as paid on 22 February 2026, when he went to withdraw the funds at an FNB ATM, there was no money available. He visited the Goldrush store in Alberton, but staff informed him they could not assist and advised him to contact customer care via chat. Since then, his spoken to multiple agents with the following outcomes: First agent: said the funds would be reversed within 24 hours. Second agent: said it would take seven days. This conflicting information is extremely frustrating. His waited long enough and require immediate resolution. The amount owed to him is R2,800, which represents winnings he earned and have been trying to withdraw. He is requesting that Goldrush: Credit his account with the R2,800 immediately. Provide a clear explanation of why this issue has occurred and why agents are giving inconsistent timelines. For your reference, details of account holder will be given once someone with knowledge calls to.provide feedback and nothing other than his winnings. Please treat this as urgent and provide confirmation of when the funds will be available, as well as formal feedback regarding this delay. Waited long enough and now I want to warn other players to stay away from goldrush.

Goldrush online casino terrible, I have been begging and pleading for them to help me with my FICA to withdraw my winnings to the point where I feel like it's just a ****. No one can help me and those that do, tell me they have sent a sms so that I can verify... Still nothing... I really thought they were a good site but it seems like I was wrong. I would NOT recommend anyone to play on this site.. Easy to deposit but a nightmare to get to withdraw even a darn penny!

I would like to put a review in for my mother being mishandled at goldrush online , she won R500, with free spins and it was under withdrawable balance, firstly she had to FICA , and we struggled since yesterday with the FICA , I was on call and live chat with my mother , with goldrush, they shuffled her around agents like a deck of cards, agents heard how she say , she want to withdraw, and they didn't say anything of deposits , now finally when we done fighting for her account to be fica'd after two whole days, now that she did the withdrawal of R500, they suddenly said she must deposit to withdraw , no where did no one tell anybody about a deposit, now suddenly she needs to deposit, this is outrageous, so why was the funds not under bonus funds , but it was under withdrawable balance, so why make it withdrawable if it's not ??? A call from management was requested, but no call , goldrush is unfair , waste people's time, and lies , I can't believe this company...
