Last night at around 8pm I decided to play at this casino. I deposited R10 and played C***** Gold. I then decided to play Lucky wild pub. I started off with 25c and saw the pots are bursting. I decided to increase my bid. To cut the story short I have to deposit. My pots was full when I left to deposit. When I returned 2 of my pots was small. The black screen tried to hide the pots and snapped shut. I opened the screen. I took and screen shot and went to online customer care. While informing the agent of what happened I mentioned wrong pot colors. After awhile waiting for return she comes online stating I must go back to game to get her a link. When I went back to my amazement the pots were full. The pot colors changed to my description of them. I looked at both my screenshots and totally differs. I had contacted the casino. Also asking for my winnings. Their response was technical. To me this is wrong. The pots knew when to empty themselves, refill themselves, change their colors. I have the screenshots of all the communication etc.

Good evening all, Please take some good advise from a perfect stranger. Goldrush is the biggest **** online Cadino. To their credit they do pay you out very quickly when you cash in but check your balance very carefully. They only credit your balance a fraction of what you actually win. In Aviator check under your profile. BALANCE HISTORY. You will notice a number of negative deductions for flights that never took place. Under Jokers Jules total up your winnings. Aviator now half an hour ago showed a balance less than half of what it should be. When I queried this for the 10th time they ask you for a screenshot of your balance history which is pointless as it us tiredly false. After sending the emails they make totally non sensical responses to your questions after sending them actual false calculations in totalling your balance. Trust me there are better more honest sites to use. GOLDRUSH IS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TOME AND MONEY. JOKRRS JILES AND JOKERS WILD IS EQUALLY BAG.

I am very disappointed with Goldrush service ,I deposited funds and they won't credit my account u have all the relevant information but their service agents are just lazy to investigate the matter

Evening all, I am not sure how many of you play on the online gambling sites? Anyway I have been using Goldrush Casino quite a lot over the past few months. Then I started noticing that the amounts I won did not equal the what should have been my new increased account balance. Before I queried it with Goldrush I took some screenshots of examples. This as it turns out was very fortunate as after lodging my complaint my Balance History was removed in its entirety. I nother queury I lodged was on a game called Jokers Jewels. According to my balance History the game would spin as many as 22 times in 1 second. Now that is impossible as if that was actually happening the entire screenshot would remain a blur. (My settings are set correctly!) Lastly this background information on the site has been removed but I stumbled on a screenshot of Aviator. You know when you pullout of the flight before the plane crashes but GOLDRUSH claim it was too close? I found a screenshot which I took on Goldrush. The bet amount was R200 and I pulled out before it crashed. Goldrush gave me the usual too close to call so you lose the R200. This screenshot I took which I am going to email the at support department confirms that and another 4 or 5 consequtive flights which Goldrush claim....ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED. Once i get my email response I will update you all. Until then if you use the site and things dont add up....

No stars Pathetic to withdraw any winnings. No matter the amount. Did everything but still errors. This is how they keep the winnings or force you to play and loose. Their system is useless. No one cares to assist. Taking this further and then I want nothing further to do with them. People please be warned, rather use Hollywood bets.

I registered this account a while ago but never play because i was using other sites anyway i no longer use those sites and decided to play on goldrush i then won 3000 rand however i cant withdraw it as i need to verify with in sumsub i have been trying and all fails as my id hasn't been replaced yet why wasn't this done when registering the account which i am sure was done so just because i loaded250 and won 3000 now i can't withdraw even via a ewallet this is ******* i stopped using other sites due to similar reasons i really feel our country needs to boycott all online gambling as it just robs people

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Gbets. During a recent interaction, I specifically requested to speak to the supervisor on duty, Itumeleng, who I was informed was overseeing the night shift. However, I was told that he was “on tea” and was asked to wait. What followed was completely unacceptable — I was left waiting online for 45 minutes without any meaningful update or assistance. What made the situation even worse was the attitude I experienced from staff. It genuinely felt as though Itumeleng and Sylvia treated the situation like a joke, choosing to ignore me rather than assist. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when a customer is clearly seeking help. In addition, Tumelo’s responses were extremely frustrating. Despite me clearly explaining that I understood what the issue was, I was met with robotic, scripted replies that did not address my concern at all. It felt like I was not being listened to, which only added to the frustration. I have been a loyal Gbets client for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a VIP client, I would expect a far higher standard of service. If this is how VIP clients are treated, I truly feel sorry for regular customers. I do, however, want to acknowledge that the level of service during the day is noticeably better when Chadwin or Jason are on shift. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist are genuinely appreciated and highlight the contrast in service quality. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied and concerned about the consistency and reliability of Gbets’ customer support, particularly during night shifts. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful improvements are made. I have still not been assisted up until this point
