Good evening all, Please take some good advise from a perfect stranger. Goldrush is the biggest **** online Cadino. To their credit they do pay you out very quickly when you cash in but check your balance very carefully. They only credit your balance a fraction of what you actually win. In Aviator check under your profile. BALANCE HISTORY. You will notice a number of negative deductions for flights that never took place. Under Jokers Jules total up your winnings. Aviator now half an hour ago showed a balance less than half of what it should be. When I queried this for the 10th time they ask you for a screenshot of your balance history which is pointless as it us tiredly false. After sending the emails they make totally non sensical responses to your questions after sending them actual false calculations in totalling your balance. Trust me there are better more honest sites to use. GOLDRUSH IS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TOME AND MONEY. JOKRRS JILES AND JOKERS WILD IS EQUALLY BAG.
Evening all, I am not sure how many of you play on the online gambling sites? Anyway I have been using Goldrush Casino quite a lot over the past few months. Then I started noticing that the amounts I won did not equal the what should have been my new increased account balance. Before I queried it with Goldrush I took some screenshots of examples. This as it turns out was very fortunate as after lodging my complaint my Balance History was removed in its entirety. I nother queury I lodged was on a game called Jokers Jewels. According to my balance History the game would spin as many as 22 times in 1 second. Now that is impossible as if that was actually happening the entire screenshot would remain a blur. (My settings are set correctly!) Lastly this background information on the site has been removed but I stumbled on a screenshot of Aviator. You know when you pullout of the flight before the plane crashes but GOLDRUSH claim it was too close? I found a screenshot which I took on Goldrush. The bet amount was R200 and I pulled out before it crashed. Goldrush gave me the usual too close to call so you lose the R200. This screenshot I took which I am going to email the at support department confirms that and another 4 or 5 consequtive flights which Goldrush claim....ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED. Once i get my email response I will update you all. Until then if you use the site and things dont add up....
Good evening all, FNB almost leaves me speechless with their incompetence. I am still trying to resolve the 17 CASH ADVANCES that appear on my account statements. Non of which i needed or made a request for. For example in November I receive 5 CASH ADVANCES ranging from R100 to R200 when my account balance is over R5000 in credit. The fees for those 4 ADVANCES amount o roughly R80. I explained this clearly to the person handling the case at FNB and I will quote some of the words and phrases in his email response. "At FNB we take pride in ensuring our customers satisfaction. Unfortunately we did not meet your..."We strive for perfection" and so this idiot rambles on. There is no mention of remimbersing the fees I incurred for these 17 ADVANCES but makes a further non sensical statement " As a testament to our service we have taken steps to ensure this will never happen again...." I will respond to this *********** employee of FNB directly but strongly urge any FNB account holder to be vigilant and check your monthly account statements.
Good morning, A few days ago and wrote an " introductory " review of First National Bank. Because it takes over an hour to analyze each statement and the banks fees sometimes totalling over R1000 a month I began with CASH ADVANCES. Over the past 12 months I received multiple Cash Advances which I never requested or actually required as my account was comfortably in credit. Each Cash Advance comes with a very high fee. In my cases the total fees amount to hundreds of rands. This morning I contacted FNB and requested a Cash Advance ( for the very first time) and was the Cash Advance as per their terms and conditions my request was declined. Over the weekend I will try audit every months bank statement and request FNB tries to justify their fees. Just for your own benefit. FNB has 4 fees: 1) Monthly Account Fees 2) Service Fees ( In my case exceed close on R1000) on some months 3) Other fees 4) VAT charged on your total of the first 3 fees as mentioned above. As things currently stand ( until I waste hours of my weekend dicecting my monthly FNB bank statements I urge you if you are an existing FNB account holder to be vigilant and go through your bank statements as it appears there is a very valid reason they have the poor ratings as a bank. You can be sure this will not be my last review on FNB. Thank you for taking your time to read this review.
Good morning, Firstly thank you for taking time out of your day to read my initial synopsis of FNB and the range of fees they charge all its customers. Last night I skimmed over my monthly statements and immediately picked up many transactions and attributed fees which not only were inconsistent but totally incorrect or should not have been charged at all. In my next review which will be later today I will be more specific and provide you with enough information to go through your own statements as I assume we have all been "probed" without prior consent.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON REGISTERING WITH SPRINGBOK CASINO!!!! REASONS 1) Minimum withdrawal R500 and takes 2 business days to reflect in your account 2) The site is totally DISHONEST. E.G CRASH GAMES 1)Any decent Win amount does NOT GET ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE. 2) When you pull out before the different apps crash upto 1 second doesnt register as a Win. In Crash games when you are betting R50 a flight, jump etc 2 seconds makes one he'll of a difference to your total. 3) I took notes on every bet I made. You will be PAID SHORT All of the above and more I emailed SPRINGBOK CASINO and sent them screenshots giving actual examples with no response. THERE ARE MANY OTHER FAR BETTER ALTERNATIVES.
Good morning all, After almost 2 years and literally hundreds of hours of what felt or I actually would have preferred hitting my head against a brick wall Fedhealth finally made refund payments in dribs and drabs of money they had in THEIR bank account for 11 years. The principal amount due was alloted 3 months interest at 4%. We all know the time value of money and even an inflationary based refund would only barely have been palatable, BUT now I receive September statement of my Deceased mothers of 11 years informing me R5k is now due to Fedhealth. Now the the rat on the on his wheel begins again. Never ever in my time on this planet have I dealt with 1 company who has hand picked the most *********** bunch of employees OR I have had the privilege of dealing with a select few Village Idiots of every small town head hunted by Fedhealth!!
Hi to you all and thank you for hopefully taking my continuing update on Fedhealth and it's inability to progress absolutely anything. I have 2 choices as Fedhealth has not communicated baring the standard nonsense of a " response in *** days, escalation to Executive team..." 1) CCSMA governing body of medical aids. So option 1 I begin again. HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS OF EMAILS.1000'S OF HOURS OF MY TIME, FURTHER VODACOM FEES ETC OPTION 2 LEGAL ADVICE WHICH I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW AT 11AM. This no me has become an insult. South Africa and it's lack luster F U attitude towards its customers at ever level and every industry. Unless in my opinion every body does their bit, gets off their **** and actually forces what ever company is taking short cuts at tax payers expense. We'll begin your immigration search. As it is accurate: Public holidays Sick leave Actual days off according to current employee rights( holiday) Double plus potentially more if a an works on a public holiday ( ambiguous written legislature) Week ends I think if a company actually achieves 65% of its work force pulling their weight for 40 hours a week, they must have a fantastic product. Now take Fedhealth. They as a company work according to the same restraints. My current issue as many hours and I mean hundreds. By default has taken them the same. So when actually at work they achieve a fraction of a fraction .. end result is Companies and investors are liquidating, exploring the cheapest exit strategy or simply withdrawing any potential investment in SA. I AND FEDHEALTH IS NOT THE FIRST AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE NEXT FEW YEARS FOR SOUTH AFRICAS FUTURE HOLDS.
Good afternoon all, I received a follow up email asking if after progress had been as promised by Fedhealth on their response to my previous post. The emfattic answer is NO. Reason being aside from Fedhealth responding via Hello Peter I have had ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM FEDHEALTH. NEEDLESS TO SAY NO REFUND. So again I can only hope you take my personal experience with Fedhealth into consideration before you make a decision as to which company you believe is going to be best suited handling what is arguably your most valuable asset. YOUR HEALTH! WADE PRINSLOO
Good evening all, Thank you in advance for taking time out of your day to read this review. I will keep it very brief only because it won't be a complete review with full details. That will follow once the "file" is closed with this company. In short my mother passed away in June 2014. At the time she had been admitted to St Augustines hospital, still under full medical aid cover with Fedhealth. My mother passes away on June 15 2014 whilst in the hospital with her Medical aid savings just under R14k. I was in London at the time and the executor was only appointed by the Masters office in September 2014. Fedhealth then 11 years later after more than 18 months takes ownership and confirms the reversals amounting to R10,250 in August 2014 and reducing her depleting her Savings portion to around R3k. The Executor at the time ( now deceased) can only be described as nothing short of useless wasn't bothered to investigate or even claim the diminished refund from Fedhealth. I suspect as his fee was commission based it wasn't worth his time. Now as it stands after I was given the required paperwork from the Masters office after almost 5 years and 11 applications dating back to 2019 Fedhealth has made 3 deposits in 2025 but a final amount of R4,6k is still due to my mothers estate. This final settlement figure does not take the effects of inflation into consideration and to adgrevate me further was signed off by Fedhealths financial controller a month ago. Fedhealth claim delay in refunding the balance to the Estate Bank Account was due to a System Upgrade which ended on the 21st July 2025. That being said more than a week after their system upgrade is complete no refund has been made into my mother's estate bank account and my emails are ignored even though at this point I am dealing with the Ombudsman and including Jeremy Yates the CEO of Fedhealth into the emails requesting the pre mentioned refund to be actioned. You folks draw your own conclusion as to whether this is a medical aid company that is going to be the correct choice for yourself?
