Last night at around 8pm I decided to play at this casino. I deposited R10 and played C***** Gold. I then decided to play Lucky wild pub. I started off with 25c and saw the pots are bursting. I decided to increase my bid. To cut the story short I have to deposit. My pots was full when I left to deposit. When I returned 2 of my pots was small. The black screen tried to hide the pots and snapped shut. I opened the screen. I took and screen shot and went to online customer care. While informing the agent of what happened I mentioned wrong pot colors. After awhile waiting for return she comes online stating I must go back to game to get her a link. When I went back to my amazement the pots were full. The pot colors changed to my description of them. I looked at both my screenshots and totally differs. I had contacted the casino. Also asking for my winnings. Their response was technical. To me this is wrong. The pots knew when to empty themselves, refill themselves, change their colors. I have the screenshots of all the communication etc.
So I got a gift card to use at Truworths. I went and had alook. I loved the dress that I saw online. I understand that u cannot use your gift card to purchase online. So I asked if the store can order for me and charge it to my gift card. I was told to get someone with an account to order it. Wow. I didn't ***** the gift card . This card was gifted to me as I love Truworths clothing. So what use is this gift card. Loads of clothing online is not on the stores I visit. Should I return the gift card and the person be refunded
I bought a pair of sandals. Option I chose express delivery. The item was suppose to be delivered 29 December. Was delivered 6 January. I asked for delivery refund. Still waiting. Consultant has made numerous excuses. No feedback
