This betting app is a disaster they will bombard you with promos yet their bonuses are so useless you can never gain anything its a basic **** to get you deposit, their call centre is always busy ,the consultants never help you id would never recommend this app
Im very disapointed in Gold rush and OTT Nedbank i had funds to be reversed but its taking forever non of their agents can provide solid answers ,ive been told that it can take days how is that professional ,its really frustrating as i am a loyal customer
I am deeply disapointed in Old Mutual and Nedbank Group ,my late mother had a will with them ,she passed away in 2025 september ,after this we were told the were renoucning the excutorship which meant we have to now apply with the high court this means we have to pay lawyers to get a letter of excutorship ,this only means old mutual and Nedbank were avoiding handling this as it has fees so in short i wouldnt recommend anyone to do a will with them as at the end of the day once you pass away those left behind will have to do the process themselves ,so its pointless
stil waiting for a withdrawal done 3 days ago ,easybet cliams to have paid to fnb but ,when contcting fnb they have not receive the ott fnb money its very dispointing as when they want your money the will bombard you with emails and sms i dont recommend betting on this app further more you will never take to an agent over the phone
I would like to say be patient when contacting Gepf they receive alot of calls per day so expect to wait around 1 hour , I was helped by a lady Moipone khaoisenyane ,she was helpful knowledgeable good service
I'm very disappointed in specs savers, my child had a referral from the clinic as she had some eyes problems and needs glasses for reading, the clinic did an eye test and gave a referral letter to spec savers vaalmall, I got there I was told they needed to do a eye test and cost R570 which I don't understand as the test was done initially why should have to pay again for another Test, this feels biast, if I had the money in the 1st place I'd gl directly to specsavers for the test, or is this fee just to discourage people from getting glasses there mind you the company gets paid by the health department for the glasses their not free why should people be asked to pay for another Eye test makes no sense.

I was sent money through Ackermans and l was to withdraw at an absa atm, the machine mulfuntioned and bank slip said the money would be returned, after a day or two it now says the voucher was redeemed we went to the branch with the sender and was told they would investigate, I fail to understand such a big bank can't spot check the voucher number refence and see that the atm did not dispense the cash I'm disappointed the voucher number is 4885185165 the date of the incident is 29/03/25 we are still waiting for a solution
Tried to cancel a contract with Vodacom was met with threats of more money i will owe , this is pure ******ion
