Why does there always have to be that 1 person that treats one like they don't exist? 😢 We also matter!!! After not visiting Carnival City for a very long time, we took our employees there for a year end fun and lunch... We decided to treat them each to a gamble at the casino, cause some of them has never seen the inside of a casino... Because I haven't been there for a long long time, my card has expired and had to get a new card... After being directed to the MVG reception, I had to get a nr and wait, which was not a problem... The one client left the counter (at the far right) and I thought I would be next, but alas... The attendant only peep over in my direction and left me there to sit and wait and every now and then she would peep in my direction again, not helping me!!! When another client left (on the far left) I was called... I was helped with professional and friendly service by the beautiful attendant... Didn't see her name cause her name was covered by her clothing... When another client entered, he was called immediately by the attendant on the far right... I asked the attendant why the other attendant didn't help me but she didn't know... The name of the attendant on the far right is Mbali... Now this is what boggles my mind!!! Why didn't Mbali helped me when it was my turn??? Was it the way I dressed, or the employee I had with me, the color of my skin, the way I styled my hair, the length of my skirt or maybe I wasn't tall or short enough... All I know is that I felt that she didn't wanted to help me, can't think why though... ALL clients should be handled EQUALLY, irrespective... If the attendant have preferences, she should have a sign at her table stating that... I honestly felt humiliated and if ever I have to go into the MVG reception again, I DO NOT want to be served by her because in my opinion, she was NOT professional at all... In my opinion, she needs more training on how to be professional... Even if she has personal problems (like all of us have) that should be left aside when she deals with the public...
Exceptional and outstanding service from Oprah at @home in Mall at Carnival, Brakpan... This very professional and sparkling woman, with a vibrant and lovely personality, went above and beyond to deliver our parcel. She and her hubby drove all the way out to us, after hours to ensure that our parcel was received in time for our son's birthday which is on the 26th of December. I have to add that we live on agricultural holdings outside of Springs and it's quite a drive. This was the absolute ßeSt service we have received and didn't expect this outstanding service at all... Thank you Oprah, you really went more than the extra mile and you gained our utmost respect and to your hubby as well to ensure your safety... May God bless you all abundantly... From a more than satisfied and very content customer...
In my opinion, Skynet is the WORST OF THE DELIVERY SERVICES out here in SA and this is based on my own personal experience... They claim that they are the 'fastest' but hence not in my case... It took them 7, yes SEVEN days to deliver my parcel. My order was released on the 11th December and I only received it on the 18th!!! According to their records I had a 'bad address'. My parcel left their Elandsfontein HO the 12th but was returned back to them on the same day. On the 12th my parcel left their HO again and was yet again returned to them due to a 'bad address'. No driver ever phoned me to inform me that they cannot 'find' my address... When I phoned them on Friday morning (I have to add that you need nerves of steel and a ton of airtime because their telephone answering system is more than a hot mess) they advised that my parcel is on route and have me the nr of the driver. When I contacted the driver, he advised me that he doesn't deliver in my area (agriculture holdings about 20km out of town)! Gmmmfff but what I don't understand is that Skynet delivered another parcel at my house on Tuesday... I had to arrange to collect my parcel in town... But alas they only delivered 1 box instead of 2... By this time their offices was closed and I had to wait for Tuesday because Monday was a public holiday. The battle started all over again Tuesday morning to get hold of them and ask when my other box will be delivered and they reassured me that my box will be delivered on Wednesday... Eureka!!! My box was indeed delivered on Wednesday the 18th but the box was in a state but I'm grateful that all the products inside were not damaged... In my opinion, rather pay a little extra and make use of a different courier company to get better and FASTER service... Also, the other courier companies out there has got a telephone number where they actually ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS within at least 10 minutes... #BlackFriday
Can't remember when last I was soooo furious in any shop!!! So Clicks Springs Mall have decided (don't know when) that the cash customers have to pay at a seperate pay point. NO sign boards to even indicate this decision... So I'm waiting patiently (roughly 10 minutes gmmmf) in line for my turn even though there are 3 other pay points available... With my cash, Clicks card and products ready in my hand so I can do a swift transaction I'm finally called to the pay point. As I put all the things on the counter, a gentleman walked up to the pay point (on the same side as the cashier) and starts scanning products. He was wearing a white jacket so I presume he was from the pharmacy. When I confronted him he laug hed it off and said it wasn't for me... I totally lost my cool... I had to WAIT in line and now he just gallops in there and *****s my spot. Not even a 'sorry ma'am, I'll only be a minute' There were 3 other pay points available why use the ONLY one assigned for cash customers? I called him arrogant and a few other things, took my goodies and stormed out of there... It's not the first time I've encountered such bad service from them. They may be bigger than the Clicks in Selcourt Towers but they are definitely NOT better. I'll rather drive the extra 4 kilos and get better and friendly service with a smile, than to be treated like that again! Clicks Springs Mall, you should seriously go learn from Towers because you won't see me again.
