I have cancel my contract to due poor connectivity, I have handed in my day to day rooter in May 2025 at Carnival City, the guy said he has cancel the contract and he will do rest of the cancellation It is now December and it is still not cancelled or the rooter was not send to the department where they will check the rooter and then only it will be done about 6 weeks, and still I am getting billed for the rooter which I dont have and I have been to the store 5 times and still it is not fix, I called MTN head office and they said they cant do anyting as it was not returned by the store.

I have order food from Fishaways in Denver JHB Gauteng, I have never receive my order they said they tried to contact me but I did not receive any calls from driver they refuse to refund me and also calls that was made to my phone, I gave them the exact address and where to meet me at our reception, I did not hear from them again
I have joined Fix ur Credit September 2023, payments were done to my creditors until end August 2024, then when my creditors phoned and said they did not get any payments I phoned them and they said they went over to a new system and having problems to allocate the payments, in three months still nothing done, then I cancelled my policy and start paying my creditor, the I spoke to the director of the company and one promise to the other, this is ***** and I will open a ***** case
I requested a breakdown of when was my creditors paid as my creditors phoning me they did not get payments for the last two months where is my money going to
