I've bought a few cars from Hyundai Springs. Took my Hyundai Venue 2021 (50 000km) in for a trade in as I want to downgrade to a smaller/cheaper car. I was offered R180 000 trade in! We all need to make money but this offer was beyond pathetic. Needless to say I won't be supporting Hyundai again.
This is specifically for Meat Mecca Springs. The service was 10/10. HOWEVER, I bought sosaties that were sold as Rump Steak with Meat Mecca's personal marinade that they make in-store. Marinade was good but over my dead body that was NOT RUMP! It was nothing else but stewing beef cut into blocks. Sell what you advertise!!
I have 2 policies with Old Mutual for the last 5 years. Following numerous requests, the original advisor either resigned/died or retired, to date I still have no policy documents!! However today, old mutual wants me to see yet another advisor (who is working on commission). Stay away!! Old mutual's service is beyond dismal! They can expect a personal visit from me at their Springs Mall Branch. They remind me of a pathetic, useless government department
After leaving Edgar's Springs Mall due to dismal service, I went to The Beauty Box Springs Mall. Omega who helped me was professional, friendly and it was a pleasure shopping there. Edgar's learn some lessons how to treat customers! Omega, I will be back regularly
Absolutely pathetic service. I've been with Telkom, always received sms's advising balance on my account. They have my cellphone and email address, yet no communication received. Account handed over for R438.34. AWESOME IM PAYING AND DONE WITH YOUR PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
Went to casino, got a day card. Deposited R1000 on the card. When I got to my machine, found cashier had only deposited R100!! The cashier's have counting machines etc. My advice check your slips carefully. We have *******ion on all levels in SA
Volpes Carnival mall. Absolutely awesome service!! Staff are engaging, made me feel welcome and as a result I bought beautiful linen and will be back. Keep up the great service
Went to Woolies. Asked for Kefir. I got WHAT response. Not excuse me, pardon me. She didn't know what Kefir is. TRAIN YOUR STAFF WOOLWORTHS!! Just because 30% is a pass mark, doesn't mean you shouldn't train your staff.
My partner tried to buy tickets online for Ferrari day near Delmas. His transaction was not approved due to problems with the website. We attended Ferrari day where I bought the tickets at the entrance. Only to find they deducted R440 from his account. SO PAID FOR 4 TICKETS BUT ONLY GOT 2 TICKETS
When I receive on par service, I always compliment the staff member and say thank you. However Milady's Springs Mall, kindly WAKE UP! Gentleman at the counter is absolutely flipping miserable, not even a good morning. I greeted him, paid and went to spend R9000 elsewhere on clothes. We are not expecting a cup of tea when we buy, but KINDLY MAKE IT PLEASANT. Head office needs to train their staff in all aspects of the business.
