Extremely Bad Service @ Bosch Service Centre Carnival
Never will I go back to Bosch Service Centre Carnival. I took my car there because of the low quote on a mayor service on my Huyndai Atos, just to be phoned on all the "extras" that needed to be done, which brought the price right back to all the other quotes received. Then they pack the machine away that needs to reset the service counter, meaning that I had to come back. Also the fan makes a noise when I switch on the aircon which they never checked, so what else did they not check?! And again, no apologies, just we need to get you a price on the belt, without checking it!, meaning I have to drive all the way from Springs again for the third time because of extremely poor service. I am not even upset just very disappointed, but be assured they lost a customer who would have been coming once a year, maybe more if I had anything else that needed to be done but now I can't trust them, not with quotes and not with service delivery.

The experience with KeyHealth is horrible, they don't respond to requests and reject without a valid reason. Wish I never joined them!

Burger King Springs Quality Down
We as normal bought burger meals @ Burger King Springs and upgraded our meal to large and the fries to jalapeno loaded fries. When we got home our fries looked like it had one s**** of cheese on, which I never had before and no jalapeno on it as well. Even the chips tastes like it was a mix of old chips and fresh baked chips. What a big disappointment Burger King Springs.

Makro, what a disappointment.
Bought a Bennet Reed hand held vacuum cleaner from Macro in Brakpan as a gift for someone, did a quick test before wrapping it, and it worked so I didn't do an intensive test. Gave the gift and to my embarrassedment it only works for 20 seconds then it stops working, and as this was a gift it was now after the 14 days, and to further embarrass me, I was told that it can't be exchanged or refunded, it has to go in for repairs that can take up to 6 weeks, what an amazing gift!!! So to be clear, I will never buy any electrical equipment from Makro again, and I will never buy a Bennet Reed product again.
