Carnival Bar - Worst customer service. Sucks! Do not come here!!! We were serviced so slow that we were late for Lloyiso’s concert. They do not have name tags however there were two ladies behind the till
Planet fitness NorthMead Sqaure in Benoni has the WORST receptionist! Her name in Thina . She will make your gym experience hell . My gym tag is a buddy tag and it didn't want to tag twice . She then told me that she can't assist me with tagging my buddy in . I was puzzled why because I could see other people being assisted by the other receptionist with the same issue I had . I provided her with my ID number and drivers license because I thought maybe it's a security check issue , she still denied me access . Thina hasn't been the friendliest person at the gym and this is not the first time she has shown such a stinky attitude towards clients . I'm really disappointed in how a receptionist can ruin my experience with the gym like that .
I’m so annoyed by all the rotten eggs that I got , I tried boiling some of them but they are really not edible ! They are disgusting and some have let off a stink
Good day . I have been having issues with both the Engen garages in Vosloorus( East of Johannesburg)the one next to Sebenza shopping centre and the one next to Goldspot opposite Chicken licken and Pick n Pay . Recently I have encountered a problem with the one next to Goldspot . I went there yesterday to pour R150,00 , I gave the petrol attendant R200,00 ,he poured R150,00 worth of petrol and I forgot my R50,00 change , I then came back later on and was informed that the shifts had change and that I had to come back the following day . I did so , then when I got to the garage to speak toi he said I didn't have any change and that I actually poured R200,00 instead of R150,00. He remembered my face and the car I was travelling in but it's so funny how he can not remember that I forgot my money . This might seem like a minor problem however I do want my change back. This also made me wonder if I am the first person he refused to give back change , obviously I'm not the first client to forgot change . I am very worried about the awful customer service there. Moreover there was a lady there that was making a survey about our experience at the garage . I asked to get interviewed and she denied me a chance to do the survey. I asked for the manager and they told me she had left to go to another garage, I decided to drive to the garage she went to and I was told that I couldn't see her because she was too busy . I would have let go of this if I was treated fairly or if Thembinkosi had told me that he spent took the money or something. This is unacceptable and it's disgusting behaviour. We can not go on like this. POOR MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.
