In the middle of January 2026, I filled in all the details for my tax return. Paid the fee and then when I tried to submit there was a system error. I messaged TaxTim on the 26th of January and a couple of times after that and have received no response. And the problem still persists.
It seems that the people who have commented with positive comments are part of the ****. I have paid but received no confirmation of my order and their site says I have not placed any and my items is still in the basket
The goods received are so not what was advertised. Cheap ****!! For a hefty price. I emailed them to say I wanted to return the goods. They told me to email them back to say why, which I already explained in my first email (signs that this is an auto response) and they said they will then put me in contact with customer services (even though they are customer services) for details on how to return the goods. This has not happened. They have given me 14 days to return the goods... well I feel this will not happen without them coming back to me... right!

I buy a new phone on a new contract with MTN and receive a used number. The number used to belong to Mr Marthinus Stein and I receive all his messages and calls on a daily basis. When I complained to MTN that this is not right all they had to say was... Thank you for emailing Customer Care. We apologize for any inconvenience incurred. Please note that our numbers do get recycled. We look forward to being of service to you in the future. And that's it. I have noticed that the number has been recycled. But I don't want a recycled number. When I called them they confirmed that they could change the number but the next one will probably be recycled too!!!!! So I must deal with messages and calls that are not mine.
I ordered an iPhone 7 on line from Telkom on 28th June. On 1st July the monthly installment of R639 went off my account and I received the phone on the 10th of July. On the 13th of July the courier arrived with another phone. I told him it was a mistake and he said just sign for it and let Telkom know so they can arrange for the courier company to collect it. Which I did. After 2 weeks they still hadn't collected so I called again and they eventually collected on the 8th of August. In the meantime I received a statement charging me for both phones. I called to get them to rectify this and the lady confirmed it will be cancelled I asked where my proof was of this and she said there is none, I must just keep checking my bill to see if it has changed. When it had not I called again. The man I spoke to told me to eft the amount I actually owe and Telkom will deduct the money on the statement and reverse it again once the cancellation is activated. Well I called my bank to reverse the money because to date Telkom has not rectified this and I am now getting threats of being disconnected, being black listed and handed over to attorneys. I have called another 3 times. Being told I need to fill in a cancellation form which takes 21 days to kick in. Now it is funny how they are going to cut off the services for the phone I am using and paying for, but they are not threatening to disconnect the phone I do not have and am not paying for.
