Poor service from TaxTim
I registered a query on the TaxTim site nearly a month ago, and received an automated reply that I would receive response within 48 hours. I have followed up on 3 occasions, and its now nearly a month since my query!!! Super frustrating, as they don't have any other means of communication with customers.1 reply
