My name is Amukelani Mathebula, and I want to warn people about Wefix. Do not trade your phone to Wefix, especially if you need cash urgently. Before you hand over your phone, they communicate very nicely. But after they receive your phone, everything changes. You are the one who has to beg for updates. They gave me a very unfair and extremely low offer. I accepted it only because I was desperate. Since 29 January 2025, they collected my phone, but I have still not received my payment. My Transaction ID is 308777. I contacted them many times and asked them to: Make the payment Send me proof of payment Tell me which account they paid into I have sent more than 14 emails, and I also tried WhatsApp, but now they are ignoring my messages completely. Up to today, I still have no proof of payment and no money. I am struggling financially because of this. Wefix, if you need money for an emergency, do not trade your phone with them. I would like to report poor service received from the UIF call centre and serious issues with the UIF online registration system. I have been trying to register online in order to claim my UIF benefits. During the registration process, I was asked the following question: “Do you, or have you ever lived at one of the following physical addresses?” Several addresses were listed, including: • T1580 New Township, Elliot 5460 • Stand 122 • 8 Rose Court, 187 Murray Street, Goodwood • 199 Main Road, Graaff-Reinet 6280 • 3 Ramskin Street, Atteridgeville 0008 • None of the above I do not recognize or have knowledge of all the listed addresses. When I selected “None of the above”, my account was blocked with the following message: “Your registration has been blocked due to 3 incorrect login attempts during the registration process. Please contact UIF call centre – 08000 30007.” I contacted the UIF call centre multiple times. Each time, the agents only unlock my account but do not resolve the actual problem. As a result, I face the same issue repeatedly, and my account keeps getting blocked again. No proper assistance or solution has been provided. This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The UIF customer care and call centre support have been ineffective and unhelpful in resolving a basic registration issue that prevents me from claiming my UIF benefits. I have email correspondence as proof and can attach all emails sent to me if required. I am requesting urgent assistance to resolve this matter permanently. I am very disappointed with your service. Your website and communication claim that loans are paid out within 15 minutes, but that is not true. I app**** for a loan at around 10:00, and it is now 16:00 — I have still not received anything. The application is stuck on “Bank verification,” and this delay has really inconvenienced me because I needed the funds today. This experience makes your “15-minute payout” promise feel misleading and useless. Please sort this out urgently or update me on the real reason for the delay. On 01-Oct-2025 at 20:59, I placed one bet of R150 with Holywordbet. Instead of one deduction, their system deducted R300 by creating a duplicate ticket (67824006784 and 67824006785). My balance went from R300 to R0 immediately. I raised this issue with support under Follow-up Ticket #31217097. At first, they said “no transaction was found”, and after 24 hours they said they cannot cancel the duplicate because the game already played. This is unfair because I did not create two tickets — the duplicate was caused by their system errors. As customers, we cannot be expected to lose a bet and also lose our balance because of system failures. Holywordbet’s refusal to refund money that was wrongly deducted shows poor customer service and unreliable systems.
