Pathetic after sales service from HSBC Ban****

I have been trying to close my account with them for over a year now but still no luck! I have called them, visited their branch in Sandton, Johannesburg, visited their branch at Borough High Street, London and then more calls via telephone banking but still can't close my account and claim the funds i have with them!!

They are fast to take your cash but when it comes to giving it back to the rightful owner, forget it! Their after sales service is pathetic to say the least!!
