Two months after I bought my vechile, still no registration papers
The sales person Wade, do not respond to any of our calls. Non existing after sales service. Bad attitude because he got his commision already

28 Sept 2017, 08:02The client, Mrs Badenhorst purchased the vehicle from HT Auto. This was done by financing the vehicle through the bank. It was explained to her on countless occasions that when a vehicle is finaced with the bank that the bank holds the registration documents untill the client has fully paid the bank for the vehicle. This is the practice of all the banks and not of the dealer.
