Whats less than 1 star? Wade House and HT Auto are a bunch of CROOKS. They owe me money that was overcharged for my car and then closed the business. I will track down Wade House and make sure everyone knows he is a crook.

I had the worst experience. The manager is rude, the car they sold to me was very faulty and when requested to fix it, I was given hassles, even by the owner of the shop! Do not purchase from them. there are better dealerships.

Het n kar by hulle gekoop in Mei 2019 het nie eens 3000km gery met die kar nie toe begin die kar problem gee. Kar is Oktober 2019 ingedien om reg te maak het die kar eers in die middle van Desember 2019 terug gekry en het weer nie eens 300km gery met die kar nie nou gee die kar weer problem. Ek moes n ekstra leening uitgeneem het om die kar reg te gemaak het en moes nog steeds elke maand die kar se premie en verskering betaal het terwyl ek nie n kar het nie. Vandat ek die kar het het ek nog net problem opgetel met die kar en tot vandag toe nog het ek nie die service book gekry nie. Ek kan nie glo dat die kar deur die toets gesit is nie. Het die besigheid in n epos gecc wat ek na die Ombuds man toe gestuur het in Desember 2019 en tot vandag toe nog niks gehoor van die dealership nie. So ek het die kar net vir 4 maande kon ry die res van die tyd staan die kar. Ek is in enkel ma en kan dit nie bekostig om sonder n kar te wees nie en ook nie met n onbetroubare kar nie. Hoe is dit treating customer fairly. Ek sal niemand aanbeveel na HT Auto Boksburg om n voertuig daar te koop nie. Vinnig om n kar aan jou te verkoop maar dit is waar dit bly. Nog nooit in my lewe sulke slegte after sales service gekry nie.

Worst experience i ever had with a Company. Bought a car back in March 2018 had endless issues with the car and they just refused to fix the car. Went to the Ombudsman and waited almost a year before they told HT Auto to fix the issues. Ht Auto took the car on the 24th May 2019 and still has my car that is not fixed, i have logged a complaint with The NCC to try and resolve the issue and even have a Lawyer involved now just to get the car fixed as they should have done in the begging. The Director Wade has no clue what is going on in his own company. The Problems on the car is the Engine light, EPC light, Cooling system not working (leaking water) and car shaking when driving at speeds of 100 - 120km/h, and the Block is cracked...

HT Auto Boksburg do not even deserve 1 star that is how poor their services are. We bought an Ford Everest at their garage in May and since we got the car we have been having different problems with the car, first it struggled to start in the morning the car was with them twice in less than a month to have the problem fixed and then after that we have been trying to get their mechanic to look at the 4 X 4 on the switch does not select the 4 X 4 and every time the mechanic was not available to see what is wrong with the car, we where told by Jacques van Greunen working at HT Auto to take the car to an RMI accredited car garage and let them know what they said and when we gave them feedback and send them the quote of Casseys Auto in Springs they are telling as to fetch the car and bring it back to them so they can fix the problem themselves, we are charged R2000 to strip the car/ do fault finding at Casseys Auto whether they fix the car or not now we are expected to pay Casseys Auto the money to just look at the car where the total quote to fix the car is almost R2500 what would you do pay the money to just to do fault finding or add R500 for them to fix the car as well. I will not advice anyone to do any business with HT Auto!

<p>On November 27th, 2018 I bought an Audi A4 from HT Auto in Boksburg. They let me purchase the vehicle without disclosing that the car: 1. Was involved in an accident 2. Had an incomplete service history 3. Has oil consumption issues. Had they honest and disclosed this information to me upfront I would have never bought that car from them in the first place. Within about 5 days of owning this car it had already used up 10 litres of oil which is quite insane. I immediately brought this to the attention of Dennis Maswanganyi who is the sales person that sold me the car from HT Auto and nothing was done about this issue. About 4 weeks later I noticed a crack on the fender of the vehicle and when I looked closely I realised that the car had body filler on it and when I inspected the car further I noticed that the entire left side of the car had been damaged before and the entire car had been resprayed and the engine was reworked. All this was not mentioned to me when they sold me the car. I then went to Audi to get the service record and what I got from them was shocking. The car had been last serviced in 2014 and had the mileage of 105 000 Km on the clock and when they sold it to me it was on 164 000 Km on the clock. This car had not been taken care of and HT Auto decided to keep quiet about this. I went to HT Auto to request that I return the car to them and be refunded and they asked me to put that in an email and I did that and below was the response I got from these *******s (Jacques van Greunen in particular): "Good morning we will not cancel the deal you travelled over 9000km with the vehicle,and we gave you R10000 discount on the car as well.We sold you the vehicle in good faith and you also had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and was happy.We were nor aware of the oil usage of the vehicle or the smoking of the vehicle,it is almost 2 months down the line and now only it is a problem.if you wants to cancel the deal there will be a 10% cancelation fee and you will pay AA rates for every km you travelled with the vehicle it is R3,22 per km plus we will inspect the vehicle and you will be liable for any damage to the vehicle" From the response above, I don't see anywhere where they mentioned: 1. Their non-disclosure of the fact that they sold me the car that was accident damaged. 2. The incomplete service history. All they mentioned is the oil consumption issue that they claim they were not aware of and the consequences I'd face should I attempt to return the car to them. So with this level of attitude, rudeness and disrespect from them I decided to take legal action against HT Auto and will not be engaging with them any further concerning this matter. So my plea to everyone is to not make any dealings with this dealership because they are dishonest and will steal your money like they are trying to do with me. **** Them!</p>

The sales person Wade, do not respond to any of our calls. Non existing after sales service. Bad attitude because he got his commision already
