HTMS TRADING AND PROJECTS aka MASTERSTONE AND SAND aka THE PRETORIA PAVING COMPANY

Scenario: Incomplete work and delivery of materials Supplier: HTMS TRADING Supplier refuses to deliver material to site; despite paid deposit and signed contract. We have sourced a service provider to supply and fit paving to property at River Road Centurion. The suppler is trading as HTMS TRADING; and operates from Master sand and stone on 171 /172 Lenchen avenue, Centurion. We paid upfront 60% deposit on 10 Jan 2019; for the supplier and installation of paving to property at River Road Centurion. The contract indicates that a further 20% is due on material delivery and arrival on site. The contractor abandoned the site without delivering all material. HTMS only delivered 6 pallets out of 20 pallets to be delivered and ran away.

This is supply and install contract. 60% that is R28 800 has been paid to date The site is currently completely UNSAFE. The contractor refuses to deliver the remaining 75% material as per the contract; even when a written commitment that payment will be done on delivery. The contractor has refused to cooperate; and is extremely rude.
