Building Renovations and New Kitchen Installations
Watch out for this guy, this Yogesh Gungapursat, director of YSG Trading and Projects , he installs kitchens. This ugly black Indian, a thief,, he is a bully, he is very nice until you have paid him 50% of the project and then he runs away with your money and the ******* is even worse when the Client is a woman. This *** ran away with R51,675 of my money. Preggie Naidoo from Konke Glass and Aluminum, was my contractor, who was doing the tiling, bulkheads, extension of walls, have charged me close to R200,000 for very poor, substandard work ,have introduced me to his friend Yogesh Gungapursat, the director of YSG Trading and Projects. These Indians have caused me much sleepless nights. They are very nice when they come to pitch for ones building renovations work, but they're bullies, they abuse women, they're a bunch of thieves and they change their words all the time. Be very careful for these thieves

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL
Spent quite a couple of rands at this place - initially service was good, actually thought it was great. However, the last transaction went sour where I was promised on 12 March 2021 that goods would be delivered on 15 March 2021 based on which I made payment upfront. When the goods were not delivered on 15 March 2021, I phoned Amanda at HTMS to find out what is going on - I actually left a voice message when the phone was not answered. On morning of 16 March 2021 I phoned again and then sent SMS when my call was not answered, only to get a SMS back stating that they will deliver on 18 March 2021 - that whilst she committed that the goods would be delivered on 15 March 2021. When I told her to refund me she told me that there is a cancellation fee - this whilst it is she who did not keep to her commitment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Master Group Companies - DO NOT use them
This company has many names. Also Johannesburg Paving; Master Paving Pretoria; Marius Construction; Master Group of Companies This company paved 230m2 driveway for us in April 2018. By August the side had slipped and there were big gaps and loose paving. I phoned numerous times. They were difficult to get hold of and even more difficult to pin down. They finally gave me a date in November when they would come and fix their work. Nobody arrived. Again much phoning and emailing from me. The following day they told me their truck had broken down on route. I continued phoning regularly in 2019. The most I would ever get was: "I will phone you back". It is now June 2019 - 11 months since I first notified them of the poor workmanship and claimed their guarantee. Today they tell me that they have restructured. They no longer do paving. They will not give me the number or name of the "new" company that they claim is now responsible to fix my driveway. They were evasive about the new structure and names of the new company/companies. Their original registration number is: 2014/091511/07

HTMS TRADING AND PROJECTS aka MASTERSTONE AND SAND aka THE PRETORIA PAVING COMPANY
Scenario: Incomplete work and delivery of materials Supplier: HTMS TRADING Supplier refuses to deliver material to site; despite paid deposit and signed contract. We have sourced a service provider to supply and fit paving to property at River Road Centurion. The suppler is trading as HTMS TRADING; and operates from Master sand and stone on 171 /172 Lenchen avenue, Centurion. We paid upfront 60% deposit on 10 Jan 2019; for the supplier and installation of paving to property at River Road Centurion. The contract indicates that a further 20% is due on material delivery and arrival on site. The contractor abandoned the site without delivering all material. HTMS only delivered 6 pallets out of 20 pallets to be delivered and ran away. This is supply and install contract. 60% that is R28 800 has been paid to date The site is currently completely UNSAFE. The contractor refuses to deliver the remaining 75% material as per the contract; even when a written commitment that payment will be done on delivery. The contractor has refused to cooperate; and is extremely rude.
