UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL

Spent quite a couple of rands at this place - initially service was good, actually thought it was great. However, the last transaction went sour where I was promised on 12 March 2021 that goods would be delivered on 15 March 2021 based on which I made payment upfront.

When the goods were not delivered on 15 March 2021, I phoned Amanda at HTMS to find out what is going on - I actually left a voice message when the phone was not answered. On morning of 16 March 2021 I phoned again and then sent SMS when my call was not answered, only to get a SMS back stating that they will deliver on 18 March 2021 - that whilst she committed that the goods would be delivered on 15 March 2021.

When I told her to refund me she told me that there is a cancellation fee - this whilst it is she who did not keep to her commitment.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
