I bought 2 Eufy solar light cameras on 20 December 2024 from Outdoor Photo with which at first struggled to get both connected to Wi-Fi. Then eventually I got them to work. On around 27 December 2024, the one disconnected itself from Wi-Fi and I’ve not been able to connect it to Wi-Fi even though I am able to access my EZVIZ home security cameras. Worst of all, the one that did still work, then disconnected it self on 31 December 2024 - again whilst I can still access my EZVIZ cameras using the same router (Wi-Fi) connection
I bought a Glacier fridge and battery for the Glacier fridge; however, the only item that the courier brought was the battery. When I asked the driver about the fridge, he drew a blank. Contacting Ecoflow's courier company (Buffalo), they only response is that the driver said I refused to sign for the parcel, which is not the truth as I actually went into my place to get the invoice from Ecoflow and when I went out he was already gone. Ecoflow just ignore my emails.
Ordered 6 items of which i received 3 items as per my order and 1 item which I did not order. Upon informing takealot of the error, I was informed that I must wait until they have investigated why the wrong item was delivered to me and only then they will consider refunding me
Pathetic service. I bought 2 shoe cupboards from them on 6 January 2024. However some of the poles that goes in the middle of the cupboards don’t fit. When asking them to deliver it to me today they had a huge problem that their courier is not working on Sundays. However they were not too worried about that when I paid for the stuff.
What an experience - this is what businesses should do to become and remain successful. From visiting their premises where we were offered a choice of drinks as we entered the premises until the delivery of the cabinets we bought. A phone call on the agreed date of delivery to let us know they are on their way to even putting the cabinets where we needed and also cleaning up the few spots that were on the cabinets. We will definitely do business with them again and can recommend them to anyone who is looking for office furniture and related items. Once again hats off to them - they are superstars
We requested a quotation and paid for the folders, t-shirts and pens from this company. They (Michelle Rowe, the director of the company) then sent us samples of what our logo would look like on the various items. These samples were far from what our logo look like and only when we told her that we not happy to sign off for her to continue with the work, did she start talking about the fact that: - the metal piece on the folder only allows for one colour - her quotation only provided for 1 colour to be put on the items; however, at no point before we told her to refund us, did she raise this issue. She then agreed to refund us and we then send her our bank account details yesterday- to date we have not received any response from her or her company acknowledging the receipt of this email. This is totally in contrast with her almost immediate responses to our emails up to before we asked her to refund us.
Close your accounts with Standard Bank if you don’t want to lose your money. This is now the 2nd time in about 3 weeks that money had been taken from my account without my permission- yes the bank paid the first amount taken back to me. However it was after having written various emails to them and them sending me from one business unit to the other. I am closing all my accounts with them tomorrow
Paid for a 5000 litre tank and some other goodies on Monday, 13 November 2023. Des of Rototank promised to email my invoice and proof of payment that same day. Today, Friday 17 November 2023 after I phoned and emailed them numerous times I have not received the invoice nor the tank and other goods that I paid for Des also told me that Vaughn tried to call me; however according to my records he did not. I will definitely NOT recommend that anyone do business with this company
*****sters I booked a room that according to the hotel’s website has a plunge pool. On getting to the room there was no plunge pool and when checking with the front desk, we were informed that they only have one room with a plunge pool which was already taken. Nowhere on their website is there anything stating that there is only one room with a plunge pool but the rates are exactly the same
Want to commend Sixty 60 as we ordered goods at 12pm on today, 29 July 2023 and it was delivered at 12h34. Keep it up
