KETOULTRADIET dont send you your items. SCAM
I order 5 bottles Keto Ultra 20/10/2019. Up and till today 01/10/2020. I didnt received any products, It cost me R2050, I email them more than once ,their reply it will take a while for the shipping. They promise me a refund because I demand a full refund, did'nt received it but no full refund been received. BAD COMPANY. DO order from KETOULTRADIET

AWAITING REFUND FOR MORE THAT ONE YEAR
Good day. It has been a year ago now that I ordered the Keto product, whereby they charged me more than I originally ordered for (R4000 plus). In turn, I e-mailed them to cancel the order. They sent me the details, Order Number: 5552459 Shipping Number: 802269903792622270. I never received the order and have been e-mailing them ever since, where they told me that I will receive my money once they get the goods back. I told them that I never received the goods. It has now been more than a year. Please will you be able to assist? The communication between us materialised onsupport@ketoultradiet.com. Thank you very much

Very bad company surely they are not serious since July that I have sent back the package and I have not yet received the refund. As soon as I made the order I realized I had made a mistake and after 5 minutes I contacted them to cancel immediately. They told me it was too late and that I should first get the stuff and then send it back for a refund. Amazon in a few hours cancel and get a refund these scammers instead send emails saying that they have not yet processed the refund because they still have to check the return. After 20 emails I still get the same answer we should take them to court as I threatened to do I hope to get remorse anyway I sincerely hope that this company will close and that these negative comments will reach the American justice bodies to investigate them

Fraudsters company, My R3500 is gone, with no order number nor trace number. I waited for more than a month now
This company sells it's slimming products fraudulent, they would false advertise as if they are offering good service and their shipping is so efficient. After placing an order they deducted my money that we didn't agree on then I wanted a refund from my bank they refused telling me the merchant said I have their product of which they were lying. Till this day I haven't received my order, I have no trace number either nor order number but I am being told to calm down my order is on it's way I should wait for another 5 more working days. Guys do not do business with this kind of people my R3500 is gone but I haven't received my order

Keto scam ??
Ordered Keto online a month ago - have not received my package, and continue to only get copied & pasted replies telling me that my product is "still on the way," which I very much doubt. Initially their calculations were incorrect and far more that I expected was deducted from my account. When I tried cancelling the order, I was informed that I couldn't do that, but would have to wait for the product to arrive in South Africa (which of course, it probably never did!) and then put in for a refund. How would that work? Doesn't make any sense to me, since I have requested a refund BECAUSE the product hasn't ever arrived! Nothing about this order has been fun, and I will definitely never order from them again

I order a product in December 2018, to date I have not received any product nor a refund numerous mail from and to customer care with empty promises still no product, in the mean time the advert for this product keep on going viral so how is it possible that they can be the biggest con artist and still get away with it. They also the every so useless DHL company who can't even take down a reference number over the phone and last updated the tracking information in May

Scammers. I placed an order and 30 seconds later phoned to cancel. They said they could not since it had already gone through. I would have to send the bottles back for a full refund. But added I should try them. I will get a full refund even if I try them. They extended the guarantee to 120 days from when I receive the order. I purchased these Feb.9, 2019. I opened 1 bottle and tried 3 pills and thought this is stupid. Sent it all back on my dime. They received the whole order on April 4, 2019. Since then I have called them over and over and kept getting the same excuse....we have expedited your refund request. Their fine print said a refund takes up to 14 business days. Finally after calling enough, they decided to give me a refund for the 4 bottles that were unopened right then, and said the rest of the refund will be processed for the 1 bottle that was opened within a week. I called again June 6 and they stated my refund should be processed by the next week for sure and they will email a confirmation to me. Called again June 18. Same lies, we have expedited your claim to the refund center for $39.99. When I stated they were nothing but scammers and I want my money back today or I complain to Visa, they put the Manager on and she said, "You accepted the refund for the 4 bottles and agreed to that as the full refund. You opened the 5th bottle so we owe you nothing". Funny...that's not what was in the original email sent to me which I still have. Looks like they have changed their "guarantee". What a joke. Please whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM KETOULTRADIET website. They are scammers. Now I will be contacting Visa's dispute department to get the rest of my money. I wish I had read the reviews too before ordering
