STAY AWAY!!!!! They let the owner into you property when you are at work.

Good day.

I rented a property through an estate agency.

I was planning to move from JhB to Nelspruit during the month of December 2021,but due to unforeseen circumstances it was not possible for my Family to move.

This was then discussed with the estate agent telephonically and she confirmed that it was in order but needed to be in writing. I did send it to her email attached.

This was done in the beginning of December 2021. and would be seen as a 2 month notice starting 01 Dec 2021.

I moved out of the property earlier but paid my Jan rent in advance.

The estate agency refused to return my deposit and they have already done the exit inspection and found nothing wrong.
