Purchasing a few floor plugs took:
10 days, 10 emails, 6 phone calls, a complaint and much frustration.
This is a business with uninterested, unmotivated staff, that doesn't really want YOUR business.

On top of the poor service, O-line charged me more than I was invoiced. More than a month later and I have still not been refunded.
