Appliance Man in Gauteng - ***********, appalling, unreliable and dishonest

I would urge that no one, absolutely no one uses Appliance Man services in Gauteng to repair even a doorknob. Appalling service, they lie, string you along, and never keep promises. It’s been 5 days and my mother’s fridge is still not repaired yet they’ve been paid in full after working on it, only to realise later that it’s not functioning. They’ve had to be called multiple times, messaged and all they did was string us along. The manager or owner, whatever Jacob is, is ***********. Mthokozisi, the technician is an abject **** and clearly no clue what he’s doing. We have demanded a refund so we can at least get a provider that will actually deliver. You do not want to risk it with them. They are terrible. I do not recommend them.
