The support received regarding the Battery and Inverter setup for my site was extremely poor. I was told that I must acquire a Cloud link Device to be able to use the battery. Dispite telling Tristan that the Setup Manual does not state that. The device was acquired, however, upon installation, it was discovered that the specific inverter model is not included in the compatibility list—a critical detail that was not made clear at the point of sale. Tristan was highly unsatisfactory. Rather than addressing the technical gap or providing a timeline for a firmware update/driver integration, the support interaction was dismissed. When I pressed for technical clarity and a path to resolution, the response was to unilaterally close the support ticket without a solution. This level of service and the "unfit for purpose" nature of the hardware unacceptable. Cloud Link Device manual is out of date, referring to cables not even in the box. It reflects poorly on the brand's commitment to technical excellence and customer accountability.
