We bought a Epson for our new office. 5 months in and we could not fill the ink tank. 3 weeks later and we still waiting for spares. This is the 2nd Epson to be replaced. Not the quality and back up service we expected. Will not buy another one again over rated product.. Will go back to HP.
The saving on monthly premiums does not way the penalties you will get when claiming. Discovery Insure penalizes you for living in KZN with added cost due to weather. Then they penalize you and increase your premium because you have made 2 claims. Claims which were caused by power surges from municipality and someone driving through a red robot. They DON’T care about their clients It’s all about the Money. Claims were hi so they increased. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude to clients.
Our overhead fibre line was taken down. Technician came and replaced. What shocking quality of work. Cable was cable tied to the roof. Hung so low that it was taken down again. He did not rerun to the junction box but made a joint and shoved it into the rafters. he left a total mess with fibre offcuts lying all over the place. Pole that has the fibre connected to is falling over, also left as is. Just no pride in his workmanship. Now the problem we have is getting someone back to fix it again.

When I called the Accounts Department for help, they were unhelpful, rude, and treated me like a ******** rather than a loyal customer. If this is how you treat a perfect payer with a 7-year history, you do not deserve my business. I am cancelling my debit order immediately and will be settling the remaining 3 payments on my own terms before closing this account for good. Do not use this company if you expect support in an emergency."
Game discount store offe such good deals and in store service. Only to be let down by their Wumdrop courrier service. These guys are so unprofessional and rude. Vehicles and staff appearance is so bad that you are amazed that your expensive purchase is not damaged. I will never purchase from Game with home delivery again. Wumdrop service is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced.
Worst service ever from Wundrop. Why would Game use a couurier service to deliver in KZN from another province that do not know KZN? Drivers are rude and unhelpful. First impression, Vehicles.are so shot that you wonder how on earth did you expensive appliance arrive safely. Drivers and assistant are so under dressed that they look like tog labor, it is amazing that you expensive purchase will be carried into your home in one piece. My delivery took away a return aswell. It had one issue after the guys loading it was so badly damaged that it could not be repaired. I will never purchase from Game and get it delivered with this crowd.
Once again policies fail the customer. My new fridge purchased from game arrived. Delivery staff were great. Unfortunate for me the customer it had serious damage inside the fridge. Hole through the inside wall. But on contacting Game and trying to resolve this issue I get told to email a full report with photos and proof. A turn around time of 7 days was given. As I explained I was sitting without a fridge this was unacceptable. Another department from Game called, asking questions again and says a turnaround of 3 days for someone to come and assess. BUT ITS NEW NOT EVEN UNWRAPPED OR SWITCHED ON. How is it that me the customer get the short end of the deal with service like this. The customer service from this group is disgusting. No regard to customers. All they worried about is Rate my Service. Seriously, saving on the discounts is not worth the continuous policies from this group. Rather purchase appliances from a smaller group of suppliers.
Once again online purchase has been canceled and refunded. Whats the use when stock is available even if they say items stock is low? Your order while they had stock, but due to their processing dealys, you lose out. The frustrating part is they take days to refund. Can't go elsewhere to purchase as they have your money. Won't be purchasing from Makro again.
I had to make a claim on my fridge that was damaged due to power issue in my area. These are hard to claim as we can’t always see any visual damage. But from claim stage to payout Nonqoba Ndawonde was outstanding. Giving professional service with asking questions and giving feedback all the way through. Dealing with her was fantastic and such a relief. Real assets to Discovery Insure.
Had to do a claim for Food Spoil in my freezers due to power outage for 2 days. Was not very hopeful in my request to claim, as claims can be questionable and time consuming. Was I pleasantly surprised. After submitting my claim and asked to provide the necessary requirements. I called to double check. Katlego took my call and went the extra mile in sorting my claim, even though he was not assigned originally. He requested some additional info and within an hour my claim was approved and paid out. I was very impressed with his service, understanding and making sure all sorted.
