You were given 1 months notice as per contract. You ref to 1 months calendar notice as from the 1st of the month. I have sent you and your debt collection company many email regarding this matter. According to the Oxford dictionary 1 calendar month means 30 days notice not from the 1st but 30 days notice. Now stop pestering me for more than 2 years for 1 months payment. I will not pay you as i gave you the correct notice. You are now just harassing me. Out of principle I will not pay. STOP HARRASING ME

I have been planning to write this review for some time now. I have been dealing with Huge Connect for over 2 years and i am happy with the exceptional service provided thus far. In January this year, i was struggling with my connection and at some point i wanted to sign- up with a new service provider however, your support team and a very professional gentleman by the name of Neyo assisted us in resolving our issues instantly and would also constantly check on us to ensure all is still in order. All machines have been running smoothly ever since. Thank you for the excellent service HugeConnect, your entire support team's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly appreciated!!

Huge connect is the worst company to deal with. I had a Vsat internet line installed at my business with them. The system has never worked. And is still not working. It's been 9 months of promises to fix it but they are not doing anything. They will not cancel my contract and are expecting me to pay for the system every month even though it's not working. I am now relocating my business. And now the want me to pay relocation fees for.a system that doesn't work and sign another 24 month contract. While there is 15 months left on my existing contract. In the mean time they keep rolling those debit orders. And don't care if out the service you are getting. Asking questions doesn't seem to help, you are either ignored or get a load of hogwash.from them. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They will bully you into signing anything.

It is with great pride and sincere gratitude, that I share my service experience, from Huge Connect and Huge Group. I experienced huge connectivity issues at my store whilst utilizing my Capitec bank card machine to process card transactions. My extreme frustration was resolved when it was suggested that I link up my Capitec card machine with a Huge Connect - Ethernet pad and indoor communication device. The Outcome was remarkably successful and extremely efficient and cost effective. Furthermore, I have received superior service, reliable connectivity and on point technical support. The all round experience was excellent, from Mr Shane Pillay, the service technicians, the support team, and Mr James Herbst, the CEO of Huge Group. A huge thank you, and my notable observations, are of this Group, forging a footprint in the 'Disruptive Technology Space.' quite remarkable indeed! May I please take this opportunity, in wishing this group, great success in it's future endeavours. Most grateful and huge admiration, Cindy Sigalow.

I have been using the Nedbank card machine support by huge connect for almost 10 years until now when it started giving problems, they took so much money for the use if the card machine and now when you ask for help it took them almost 2 weeks to respond to fault and the unnecessary charges for getting all the money taken from me, now that I want to cancel its even worse. Its just a money making company that doesn't put the clients needs first they are the worst people to deal with, I regret ever dealing with such a useless company

I am concerned about this companies unlawful bullying tactics as a large corporation towards our small corporation. Make sure you have everything in writing or they simply bad list your business if you disagree with them.

I would like to compliment the service I always get from Huge Connect. So there's this gentleman by the name of Neo/Neyo. The patience, friendliness and help I always get from him is absolutely perfect, he knows what he is doing. If Huge Connect can have more people like him, I don't doubt their business will be on another level. Thank you so much Huge Connect.
