You were given 1 months notice as per contract. You ref to 1 months calendar notice as from the 1st of the month. I have sent you and your debt collection company many email regarding this matter. According to the Oxford dictionary 1 calendar month means 30 days notice not from the 1st but 30 days notice. Now stop pestering me for more than 2 years for 1 months payment. I will not pay you as i gave you the correct notice. You are now just harassing me. Out of principle I will not pay. STOP HARRASING ME
OD436463723014604100 was ordered on 7 Jan, Never delivered, Still no refund received. If this is how you want to treat clients by keeping there money even after you said you will do a refund. When calling help desk we get told we must wait 7 - 14 days for refund. Today is 27 Jan , more than 14 days and still waiting.
Do not be fooled by the positive reviews like I was. 2 months later still have not received stock. They do not answer phone nor emails. You will lose your money.
Made a once off payment. Money still has not been allocated to my policy. When we phone we are on hold for 30min + each time. Nobody can give you any answer, they all say it must go to a department that nobody has access to, Cannot contact that department or get any clarity on when the issue is going to be resolved.
Pls dont be fooled by any positive starts this company gets, they are probably ****. I would advise you to stay away, you will lose your money. They do not answer the phone number that they give, they do not reply to emails. They do not deliver what you have bought. STAY AWAY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Absa Inward Transfer. Why have a number to call then nobody answers, and then after about 30min on hold the person that answers just puts down. Get more people, spend money to improve your ridicules services and employ more people. Dont just keep all the millions you make as profit
I have opted out of everything I can on my profile, I cannot block Absa from receiving sms otherwise I do not get OTP pins ect. Still constantly get Marketing and other sms from Absa. I have phoned call center on a number of occasions and keep getting told I am off all there list. But still keep getting sms. Pls remove me from all SMS except OPT and pin. 0827261038
case C-55313604. Not getting anywhere with absa. Paid for data did not receive any. When I phone I keep either getting cut off or told I am at the wrong department. Absa its not that difficult to actual try and help clients instead of frustrating them. Refund me or give me My data
Absa International inward funds call centre not answering calls. This is probably because you have changed the rules for international funds, but have not employed staff to handle the influx of work due to changes. Once again a company who makes millions in profit but says, you as clients are not important, you can wait in line in a call centre for 2 hours , then we will drop your call so you can start again.
