Huge connect just wants money
Huge connect is the worst company to deal with. I had a Vsat internet line installed at my business with them. The system has never worked. And is still not working. It's been 9 months of promises to fix it but they are not doing anything. They will not cancel my contract and are expecting me to pay for the system every month even though it's not working. I am now relocating my business. And now the want me to pay relocation fees for.a system that doesn't work and sign another 24 month contract. While there is 15 months left on my existing contract. In the mean time they keep rolling those debit orders. And don't care if out the service you are getting. Asking questions doesn't seem to help, you are either ignored or get a load of hogwash.from them. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They will bully you into signing anything.

26 Sept 2022, 14:46Good day. We've investigated the circumstances around the delivery of your satellite service. It seems that, despite all our efforts, that the cloud based point-of-sale application you're using does not operate sufficiently over a satellite link. Point-of-sale, even cloud based, is never a problem via satellite, but in this case it is clear that your specific application does not and will no work over the link that we provided. The link is however operational within its standard parameters and available for any other applications that you might want to use.
There is no other way to remedy the situation, but to cancel the contract with immediate effect and for us to collect our equipment. Further communication and arrangements will be made via e-mail.
We apologise for the inconvenience in this regard.
