I submitted my laptop after a coffee spill and was informed it would not turn on and that nothing could be done. However, when the device was returned to me, several *****s were missing, the bottom panel was dented, and it was in noticeably worse condition than when I handed it in.
Despite being told the laptop was beyond repair, it powered on when I tested it at home. The issue was simply faulty RAM — something that should have been identified during a basic assessment.
This experience raises serious concerns about the quality of the inspection and the handling of customer devices. My rating reflects the lack of care, inaccurate diagnosis, and the additional damage caused while the laptop was in their possession.
