Terrible service—weekly fibre/internet dropouts that last more than the working day, with no response and no follow up from HugeTNS (last time, until 48hours later). Totally unreliable service and dismissive staff, raising doubts whether the company has the requisite skills and capacity to render the services it promises and contracts with its customers? 🤷‍♂️
