Huggies “Win nappies for a year” competition in 2025

I entered the Huggies “Win nappies for a year” competition in 2025 at SPAR Kocksoord. The competition ended on 31 May 2025 and stated that there would be one winner per store.

In November 2025 I received an SMS confirming that I am a winner and that vouchers would be sent within two weeks. On 19 December 2025 at 17:03 I received a further SMS apologising for delays and confirming vouchers would be sent by the end of January.

To date, nothing has been received.

This prize is time-sensitive — my child will no longer be in nappies by the time anything is delivered. Calls and emails to the Kimberly-Clark call centre have been unsuccessful, with agents stating they are unaware of the competition.

This feels misleading and unacceptable. I am requesting immediate resolution or compensation equivalent to the promised prize.
