Huggies gold pants
I am very disappointed with the quality of huggies gold pants.I have been experiencing this since my son changed from diapers to pants,even worse he no longer drinks formula.They leak easily even after a short period of use.the absorbency is much lower than expected. A pack last for a week and a half. This has caused inconvenience and concern

Huggies gold pants
I am very disappointed with the quality of huggies gold pants.I have been experiencing this since my son changed from diapers to pants,even worse he no longer drinks formula.They leak easily even after a short period of use.the absorbency is much lower than expected. Waiting for an explanation from Huggies and Spar Zevenwacht Mall
My wife has entered an in-store competition from Huggies. in November 2025 and won the supply of Huggies for a year. She's been struggling between Spar Zevenwacht Mall and Huggies. Spar claims it's an outsourced competition. Since December 2025. Huggies sent an SMS claiming she will receive her vouchers end January and apologizing however nothing was received just disappointments. We were numerous times at the store and the rep and management of the store don't seem to be any help. We've phoned to the customer care of Huggies on numerous times but with no prevail. This is utterly ridiculous.

Huggies gold? More like Huggies sh**'
I am simply disappointed with this brand. I usually buy the extra care and wow a great nappy. I decided to start potty training and bought the huggies gold diaper because they don't have pant in this line, what a disaster. This is the worst diaper on the shelves! The diaper gets full from the baby's first pee. I can't even keep them on for an hour. Don't get me started about what happens during naptimes! Super disappointed. I'll never buy huggies nor recommend it again!

Bad Huggies product and Service
Bought 3 Jumbo packs size 5 of Huggies in December 2025 before we could go overseas unfortunately had the worst experience using all 3 packs of them ..Have been using Huggies since my first born (2009)... The compensation I received today 17 Feb 2026 after calling in and complaining 3 + weeks ago a measerly R219.99 just for 1 pack... I have now switched to Pampers the best move... No More Huggies for me

Bad Huggies product and Service

Huggies “Win nappies for a year” competition in 2025
I entered the Huggies “Win nappies for a year” competition in 2025 at SPAR Kocksoord. The competition ended on 31 May 2025 and stated that there would be one winner per store. In November 2025 I received an SMS confirming that I am a winner and that vouchers would be sent within two weeks. On 19 December 2025 at 17:03 I received a further SMS apologising for delays and confirming vouchers would be sent by the end of January. To date, nothing has been received. This prize is time-sensitive — my child will no longer be in nappies by the time anything is delivered. Calls and emails to the Kimberly-Clark call centre have been unsuccessful, with agents stating they are unaware of the competition. This feels misleading and unacceptable. I am requesting immediate resolution or compensation equivalent to the promised prize.

Hi, I have been using huggies gold since I had my 1st child. I use to love the brand and recommended it to every new mother. As of January 2026 I think they have changed the way they make the nappies my son had the nappy on for an hour and the inside of the nappy tore and the gel started to come out. He also got a rash from the nappy. I have had such a horrible experience really disappointed

Very poor quality lately
My son is almost 2 years old and I've used Huggies since birth. Lately their dry comfort size 4 nappies have easily been tearing and the gel pops out. The nappy hardly has urine but yet the nappy tears. This has also resulted in nappy rash. We've tested it and changed the brand for 2 weeks with no issues but then we tried the Huggies again and it keeps tearing. This is new to us and clearly there's a batch of nappies that are not up to standard. Do better Huggies, many moms rely on you for quality nappies

BOYCOT HUGGIES
The worst customer service received, I have purchased a pack of huggies gold,we get home unpack the nappies in the nappy cupboard and dispose of the till slip and later on find that there are rejects in nappies. I have emailed huggies and sent them proof and photos of the horrible quality of they nappies. I was told that I will receive feedback in 10 days and no feedback was received, I called Kimberly Clark and was told that they need the packaging or till slip.no where on the packaging states that keep till slip and packaging if the item is faulty. We trust huggies and they are a well established company who we put our trust in to ensure we do not receive damaged.
