I am simply disappointed with this brand. I usually buy the extra care and wow a great nappy. I decided to start potty training and bought the huggies gold diaper because they don't have pant in this line, what a disaster. This is the worst diaper on the shelves! The diaper gets full from the baby's first pee. I can't even keep them on for an hour. Don't get me started about what happens during naptimes! Super disappointed. I'll never buy huggies nor recommend it again!
If I could rate them 0 I definitely would. I have a 22-month old baby, and I buy Huggies Gold diapers for him on a monthly basis specifically from dis-chem as they are running a promotion to buy 10 packs of diapers and get the 11th one free (Baby City jumbo packs are much cheaper). In April I qualified for the free diapers, I lost my phone and I went to Sandton city dis-chem to explain my situation and they said that they would my number and they would resend the SMS with the code. To my surprise no sms resent, I went on to Alberton City as i work close to Alberton City and they spun me the same story, guess what, yes, no sms, number still not changed. I then went on to Norwood more than 4 occasions on all occasion, the customer service booth tries to contact the customer service head office and NOBODY answers their phone. To this day, there have been no changes on my profile, no sms for my free packet of diapers. This is extremely disappointing. Why should you have customer service if it doesn't work for the customer.
Huggies GOLD!!! More like HUGGIES BRONZE :( My son has been on huggies gold since he was 6-months and I can honestly say I have never had any issues with the product since recently!!! The side flaps of almost 6 nappies were broken off of the diapers while in the packet, obviously this is a factory fault and they were packed in like that. I always buy my nappies at a dischem and they told me that there is nothing i can do i need to speak to huggies! The diapers quality has gone down since they made the uni*** diapers. VERY DISAPPOINTING
I am so disappointed with old mutual!!! I have been waiting for them to pay out my provident fund every time I call they are always experiencing technical problems and they cannot even confirm the time frame as to when they so would resolve them. I'm receiving no communication whatsoever and I continually need to contact them to follow up with them despite being promised that I would receive an SMS with an update on my claim status.
