Waiting for an explanation from Huggies and Spar Zevenwacht Mall

My wife has entered an in-store competition from Huggies. in November 2025 and won the supply of Huggies for a year. She's been struggling between Spar Zevenwacht Mall and Huggies. Spar claims it's an outsourced competition. Since December 2025. Huggies sent an SMS claiming she will receive her vouchers end January and apologizing however nothing was received just disappointments. We were numerous times at the store and the rep and management of the store don't seem to be any help. We've phoned to the customer care of Huggies on numerous times but with no prevail. This is utterly ridiculous.
