I am very disappointed with the quality of huggies gold pants.I have been experiencing this since my son changed from diapers to pants,even worse he no longer drinks formula.They leak easily even after a short period of use.the absorbency is much lower than expected. A pack last for a week and a half. This has caused inconvenience and concern

Sunday afternoon I went to Alexmall branch to withdraw cashsend and deposit money into my account. I deposited R1350 to my surprised I received a notification of R1150. The machine opened and the was a R200 it was wrinkled as I was to put my hand in the machine to remove the money it quickly closed I stood there by the machine patiently waiting. nothing happened. after 2min I deposited R50 to test if I will see the R200 I didn’t see the R200 it wasn’t there. After the transaction I quickly called the call center I was assisted by a gentleman.I forgot his name he said he will escalate it. The accountant have to check if the was overdraft in that machine then they will give me feedback within 24hrs. Monday morning I called they kept on hanging the line. I then decided to go straight to the branch. I was assisted by a gentleman called Itumeleng. He made a call. He was told that the time the machine opened the money was removed. I then asked him it was removed by who and what time. He then told me that he will escalate it then get back to me. I told him that I will wait as he is escalating it. The gentleman disappeared for 20 to 30 min I stood up and went to look for him. He noticed that I was looking for him. He then came back and said they haven’t responded. He doubt that they will respond today. But they should respond within 24hrs as soon as they respond he will be in contact with me. Till today I haven’t heard anything from capitec. No one has contacted me everytime I am the one calling the call center.
