Huizemark clueless clowns

The long and short of it is that this operation is a full on circus.

I have been using them to rent out my place for the past two years. Nevermind that they actually don't add any value, now that the tenants have moved out no one has bothered to conclude the lease. I was the one that had to tell them to conduct the exit inspection. If that was not enough, I had to send them multiple emails begging them to send me the report. When they did eventually send the report, it was just not worth the paper it was written on. As of today (two months after the tenants have moved out) they have not concluded the lease, they still send me statements every month as if the tenants are still living there. And most importantly, they have not paid me for the damage that was done by the tenants on my property.

Proper circus that one!
