Huizemark Jacaranda is a terrible Agency
DO NOT RENT/BUY from Huizemark Jacaranda!! They are very unprofessional and super difficult to deal with! Their agents don't take their clients or business serious; Bilal, Romeo Nchabeleng and Ishmael Mutavhatsindi are Dishonest and Incredibly Unprofessional!

Huizemark Jacaranda is a terrible Agency
DO NOT RENT/BUY from Huizemark Jacaranda!! They are very unprofessional and super difficult to deal with! Their agents don't take their clients or business serious; Bilal, Romeo Nchabeleng and Ishmael Mutavhatsindi are Dishonest and Incredibly Unprofessional!

Terrible service frm Huizemark Jacaranda
This is a very unprofessional company. Im sad to say that I wont recommend doing business with them. I rent property from Huizemark, my agent is Bilal and he is not maintaining the property. I've sent numerous requests to him and he just ignores me or ask why my partner is not doing the maintenance. There are leaks, door handles have fallen off, entrance doors not working to name a few. Worst service I'm getting from Bilal and Ishmael

Bunch of unprofessionals!!
I want to sincerely BEG people to not have dealings with this company. Huizemark is an incredibly unprofessional company. All the reviews I have read about them are 100% true. They never answer emails and will take forever to return your deposit, that's if they ever return it. No one communicated with me as to why money was taken from my deposit. I regret ever signing a contract with this company. You guys are running a **** of a business!

Bunch of unprofessionals!!

Huizemark plus
I rented my house through plus group Centurion,worst service ever..l had to show around the tenants as they would make excuse of not making it..secondly if you don't follow up on the payments they don't pay the rental even if the tenant has paid them..They promised to do payments every 3rd of the month today it is the 5th l did a follow no response from them,last month l had to threaten them that l will evict the tenant from my house then they paid..I would never recommend them,dealing with them is just a headache..

Huizemark clueless clowns
The long and short of it is that this operation is a full on circus. I have been using them to rent out my place for the past two years. Nevermind that they actually don't add any value, now that the tenants have moved out no one has bothered to conclude the lease. I was the one that had to tell them to conduct the exit inspection. If that was not enough, I had to send them multiple emails begging them to send me the report. When they did eventually send the report, it was just not worth the paper it was written on. As of today (two months after the tenants have moved out) they have not concluded the lease, they still send me statements every month as if the tenants are still living there. And most importantly, they have not paid me for the damage that was done by the tenants on my property. Proper circus that one!

Huizenmark are dis honest rental agency
Do not do business with Huizenmark. The will keep back your deposit with out reason even if you give the unit back in a better condition than received. They refuse to fix issues then make it your problem when leaving. The are dis honest. The principal needs a bonus most probably.

Do not do business with Huizenmark. The will keep back your deposit with out reason even if you give the unit back in a better condition than received. They refuse to fix issues then make it your problem when leaving. The are dis honest. The principal needs a bonus most probably.

Don't buy via Huizenmark /Kotie
Worse experience ever and will definitely not recommend Huizemark or Kotie at all. She couldn't even hand over the keys to our property after registration went through. When we moved in the tiles were broken and lifting and she just couldn't care. The roof is leaking and she just said it is the body corporate's problem and it is not. And the list just goes on and on.

Don't buy via Huizenmark /Kotie
