I want to sincerely BEG people to not have dealings with this company. Huizemark is an incredibly unprofessional company. All the reviews I have read about them are 100% true. They never answer emails and will take forever to return your deposit, that's if they ever return it. No one communicated with me as to why money was taken from my deposit. I regret ever signing a contract with this company. You guys are running a **** of a business!
I was booked for a 105000KM service on my car on the 29/04/23. I experienced the WORST service from this dealership. My car has a door lock problem due to it being broken into previously and now my remote key is broken but the parts are being ordered to fix it. I SPECIFIED all of this right in the beginning to the service consultant(I even showed her my remote key) and asked for the car not to be locked because it cannot be unlocked without a locksmith. Needless to say, the car was locked by one of their workers and I was told that they could not open it and that a locksmith needed to be called but the bill is my responsibility because I brought them BADLY DAMAGED car to be serviced. I WILL NEVER use this dealership again and don't recommend it to anyone and to top it all off, the damaged my "badly damaged" car in the process of trying to open it themselves. I'm livid because the mistake is on their side but I was blamed for everything!
The worst service I have ever experienced! I regret everyday having a gap cover policy with Kaelo. I have put in a claim request that I have received no assistance with whatsoever. I call to follow up weekly and I receive no assistance, just the same generic answers of escalation, but there's no results! Once I receive my payment(IF EVER), I am canceling my policy!
Signing up with Vodacom wifi is the biggest mistake I regret making. I call more than I don't to complain about having no wifi connection, which I then have to pay for. I'm literally paying for nothing! And getting assistance is always a mission. I will be calling(as usual) to enquire about canceling my contract because it really isn't worth it. I would not recommend Vodacom as a fibre/wifi provider.
I experienced the worst customer service from this provider! I even canceled my subscription with them. I advise no one to use Mweb's services! I just want my money back that's owed to me and that's it!
I wouldn't recommend this medical aid!! I haven't been assisted with a pre-authorization that I have been waiting for from the 12th of July. When I call into the center, I'm just told to send emails, which don't get a response anyways. It shouldn't be such a tedious process to get authorization for a procedure. My treatment is being delayed! I'm not willing to call in anymore or send anymore emails, I just want to cancel my membership and move to another medical aid! Medsheild is useless!
I took my Samsung A51 device for repairs to a Samsung service centre in bank city Jhb in August and I’m still waiting for assistance. I’ve been without a phone for a month without any idea of what is happening with my device. I’ve tried sending emails and calling but no one has assisted me. My emails have not even been responded to. The service centre just tells me that they are waiting for authorisation from head office. I’m beginning to feel like I am stalking annoying them because they never call to update me on the progress of my device or anything of that sort. I’m the one that is always calling and trying to find out what is going on; and even then, the phone call proves to be futile because no one assists me. I’m incredibly frustrated and have been incredibly inconvenienced by Samsung and would not recommend their devices to anyone. The way I see it, I probably won’t have my device back by December.
