Huizemark dishonesty

I did not have a good experience with Huizemark. I was **** to about the state of an apartment, and only after I signed the lease agreement (and paid all the fees) was I told that there were multiple faults, some of which was health threatening and some which cost me money. When I confronted them about this they kept referring back to the signed contract, refusing to assist me in leaving the apartment or giving the deposit money back so that I can look for another place to rent. I'll avoid using them from this point onward.
