Huizemark Sasolburg
We rent a house from them now that we need to get our deposit back the do have so many stories with house everything was fine then it was the gates oky we did put it back then it was the swimmingpool we did get it so dirty when we move in there oky we went to buy all the stuff put it in but there is new people in the house we ask them to leave the pump on they put it off so now we still didnt get our deposit back to pay it at our new house I just want to say people dont rent from Huizemark Sasolburg because there you will not get your deposit back they are looking for anything just to take it in a year they never come to check the house but if everything is still oky but now when they need to pay your money then they are looking for anything to not give it back

Stay away! Worst agency ever!
If I could give a minus I would! Worst place ever to work with! We rented 2 different properties, one residential and one business, both with different landlords. Our residential property electricity was cut on the 9th of September due to the landlord owing 32000 to the municipality. On the 28th of September the business property electricity was cut due to the landlord owing the municipality 25000. We are forced to move into my mothers house, and our business needed to move remotely until further notice, and the agency does not take responsibility for this, they keep telling me that their hands are tied and there is nothing they can do. Now I am having trouble getting my rent and deposit and losses from them! Utterly disappointed and would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Huizemark dishonesty
I did not have a good experience with Huizemark. I was **** to about the state of an apartment, and only after I signed the lease agreement (and paid all the fees) was I told that there were multiple faults, some of which was health threatening and some which cost me money. When I confronted them about this they kept referring back to the signed contract, refusing to assist me in leaving the apartment or giving the deposit money back so that I can look for another place to rent. I'll avoid using them from this point onward.

Moenie n vout maak om deer hulle te huur nie!
Ek is nie een wat ander sal sleg praat of afbring nie.. maar ek voel ek moet my ervaring deel sodat ander nie deerloop wat ons het nie. Ek sal vir enige iemand wat soek vir n verhuuring in Sasolburg aanraai om nie deer Huizemark Vaal Trianglete huur nie. Hulle is net uit vir hulle sak en kom met stories as die deposeto en gelde uitstannde uitbetaal moet raak. Ons was nog Nooit agter met huur of laat betaal nie en kyk mooi na die huise wat ons huur aangesien ons ook n huurhuis verhuur in n ander dorp so weet hoe dit voel as mense nie ****rak nakom of jou eiendom beskadig. Hulle hou selfs streng by die ****rak as dit hulle raak maar jou kant van die ****rak kan maar oorgesien raak tot dit hulle pas. Ja ons het die opgeneem met hulle eerste om die ongelukkigheid te voorkom maar daar is geen belangstelling as dit nie geld in hulle sak druk nie. Ek voel ek kom voor.. dalk is daar nog mense wat dieselfde ervaar en wat nie ander waarsku oor die swak diens nie.

Uitstekende diens
Ek sal almal aanraai om besigheid met Debbie (huuragent) en Noni (verkoopsagent) te doen by die Sasolburg tak. Hulle is vriendelik en behulpsaam en hulle gaan behoorlik uit hulle pad om jou te help. Julle is n bate vir Huizemark. Well done ????????

Ek sal almal aanraai om besigheid met Debbie (huuragent) en Noni (verkoopsagent) te doen by die Sasolburg tak. Hulle is vriendelik en behulpsaam en hulle gaan behoorlik uit hulle pad om jou te help. Julle is n bate vir Huizemark. Well done ????????
