Huizemark Sasolburg
We rent a house from them now that we need to get our deposit back the do have so many stories with house everything was fine then it was the gates oky we did put it back then it was the swimmingpool we did get it so dirty when we move in there oky we went to buy all the stuff put it in but there is new people in the house we ask them to leave the pump on they put it off so now we still didnt get our deposit back to pay it at our new house I just want to say people dont rent from Huizemark Sasolburg because there you will not get your deposit back they are looking for anything just to take it in a year they never come to check the house but if everything is still oky but now when they need to pay your money then they are looking for anything to not give it back

Cellphone claim
On the 11 March send my claim through it is now the 3 April I dont hear anything if you put it on Hello peter Hollard will look into the matter but dont come back the lady who work with my claim is on maternity leave so now no one knows what is going on so I dont understand what is going on they dont even answer the phone if you phone my phone fell out of my pocket in the plant a truck drive over it so hollard want a damage report otherwise they wont pay out so after a week they want the salvage but the place I give the phone in dont kept the salvage they disppose it then my claim went to a Commitee and still I dont have an answer it is a R40 000 phone I am so long at Hollard and this is the first time I struggle with a claim AZP27559 my policy number

Broken Cellphone
I put a claim in 2 weeks ago for my cellphone that was drive over at work they ask for a damage report and photos I send everything then they want the broken phone(salvage) they never asked for the broken stuff so I phoned the place where I this phone is they said they don't keep damage phones they dispose it so I send a letter to Hollard that they dispose the broken phones then it went to the Committee meeting and still I don't have a answer it looks like they don't want to pay out the phone every month they get my payment but if you need to claim so many story's it is 2 weeks that I must struggle without a phone I pay that insurance every month now I need to struggle because Hollard don't come back

***** Case
I opend a ***** case at Absa more than 3 months ago they said Viola is on my case she will phone but she didnt I want to rent a house so I paid R5000 into this ladies Absa account then on that Monday she said I cant get the house and she is not going to give my money back and now I am stuggling with Absa to help me with my ***** case

REFUND
I gave my car back on the 29 July 2023 so Earn a car said it take 7 days to get my refund back because I paid the rental for the month of August 2023 but now it is almost 3 weeks and no one is coming back to me I can phone no one answer or even when I email them they don't repond I just want my money back that I paid for a month rental and only use the car for 3 days

REFUND
On the 25 July the rental of my car went of and on the 29 July I gave the car back they said they will refund me the money that I paid for the month rental but it s now going for 3 weeks and I didnt get my money back you can phone no one is answering the phone or they are waiting for the workshop but the report was finished on the 2 August already I am very dissapointed in Earn a car my car was always paid on time now that I want my refund I must struggle and no one is helping not even the Manager the service a BAD people think twice before you get yourself a car from Earn a Car when you give that car back you will hear so many stories just so that that they don't need to give your money back

I paid the rental car for almost a year never skip a month this month they took the rental money and I gave the car back they said they will refund me for the days that I am not going to use the car but you can email no one is coming back now I received a mail that said the car is in arrears but they cant tell me what date no I wont support Earn a car ever again it is the second time we loose money from them and you can mail them phone the no one is coming back to you

I rent a car and I gave it back in 2019 I didnt know if you give the car back you are going to get you cash back money back so now we are in 2023 when I ask them about the money now their was repairs on the car and I know that car was in a good condition when I gave it back and the cash back money was rejected by the bank and they still cant tell me why so Please guys watch out for this place

My provident fund is at Momentum I am waiting a year for it to pay out everyday they have another story so I don't know what to do now because I don't get straight answers from them it is the first time that I hear you must wait a year for your money to pay out now they must check the disinvestment I don't know what that is the money was suppose to pay out end of September and now I am still waiting

Provident Fund
My Husband apply for his provident fund a year ago and is still waiting for it to pay out you can mail them they dont come back to you they just ignore your mails they it take 21 days to pay out October is a year I am waiting I wont prefer anyone to put provident fund in with Momentum because you will wait and they dont answer any mails the service is so bad
